Well court went amazing!!!!
She didnt even show up, the judge was livid with her. The Judge even went as far as calling her in the middle of court, putting her on speaker phone and saying " Why are you not in court, for your court case?"
She was very unhappy with the ex. The judge asked me, how much money do you want in costs for having to come here today. I was taken back by that, but I said, well I had to take today and tomorrow off, to be here. I make $400 a day on salary. The judge said "Done, the applicant is to pay the respondent $800 in costs for her absence today. and wasting everyones time."

Then the judge lowered my support from $900 a month down to $400, told my exs lawyer that she doesnt have a case, that this is a waste of time for Mr Carignan and the court. That her client really needs to start thinking about her priority's in regards to this matter. And start considering the circumstances in which she will find her self when she loses this custody battle.
Hahaha, i couldnt believe what I was hearing in there. Man it felt so good!

When is your birthday? Mine is next Monday, the 22nd. I am a Leo, hear me roar! LOL I hit 40 last year so now I’m going backwards, I will be 39 again this year, LOL. Oh, and Happy is one of my favorite songs….you can’t hear it and NOT be happy!
