More sadness today
Kenny Baker who played R2-D2 in 6 Star wars movies died yesterday after a long term illness he was 81.




Someone made a nice tribute here.



May you become one with the force Kenny RIP.

What he brought to R2-D2 as a character was simply sublime.
No other actor could have done any justice to the role.

RIP.
I'm trying to get a copy of Time Bandits today. My kids have never seen it. I think I was seven when it came out and went into heavy rotation on HBO. Fidget was always my favorite. And Artoo...iconic.

Time Bandits was one of I and my brothers favorites when we were kids.
