Let me say, he’s not my first choice. But he’s what we have running against Hillary Clinton. Is Trump right for America?
Well, what is America?
America used to be a bastion of freedom and democracy. America used to be the ideal. It used to be a place to strive for, a place to learn from. It was a leader among nations.
America is now a corporate empire. It has a product line, such as war, arms, democracy (limited time only), and bad advice. The corporation has employees. Millions of employees. It has a corporate motto printed on all our currency and it has a corporate mindset among the administrators of the corporation.
And what better CEO to run the “corporation” than a CEO of another corporation?

I think the time is long past to hope that we’ll get a Paul, a Carson, a leader to head the administration of America. We are too entrenched in partisan politics to ever make a difference.
We are at a fork in the road. One side gives us another Clinton. Fromm her we can expect more government, bigger government, less freedoms, fewer liberties, more taxes, and more wars. We’ll be a socialist nation with none of the “benefits” so often touted by others who support such a notion.
The other side will give us a CEO. Corporate policies, corporate rules, a corporate mindset. If you hate corporations, then run to Canada. But here’s why I think it might work. A corporation can only succeed if the corporate employees succeed. Corporations hire the best people to do the best job. Corporations have and utilize politics, but the bottom line reigns supreme in a corporate atmosphere. Corporations win. They don’t “contain” an opponent. They beat them to death. Corporations don’t answer to special interest groups. The only special interest group that has any influence is the board of directors.

And that’s what we are.

Since we can’t go back in time and find honest politicians or honest political parties, perhaps we should embrace the corporate model. In a corporate world, EVERYONE answers to the board.

Your comments are always welcome, but I've stated my opinion. This is a one-off, as far as I'm concerned. I probably won't engage in the usual banter.

You're lauding & embracing a corporatocracy.

Which is just... Ugh.

Give the bourgeois a yard and they take a mile.

Yes roll over, Fido.
Let them rub your belly and forget all about it.

I am a socialist, economically.
And proud of it.

I'm more conservative on social issues so I don't see Hillary as a viable choice.

But if have to be an idiot to support Trump.
I mean, I find the guy hilarious, and I like a lot of what he says...
I even follow him on Twitter.

It's just that put into practice it's all very much dictatorial.

Maybe a soft dictator is better than a Soros lackey, maybe not...
That's for you to decide, DB.

But as an outsider, our perspective used to be sacrosanct.
Nowadays it's "you're not from around here boy stop interfering".

Which is a fair opinion to have, I guess, but pretty myopic.

I'd say Trump just isn't cut out to run a Country.
So I'd have to hold my nose for Clinton.

Make no mistake though, I fear for other countries with her in charge, it's just that with Trump, I fear for America.

And as one of the final bastions of freedom that's just not an option.

Cheers mate, and thanks for taking my lighteheartedness well.
I truly mean no harm in debate.
I know you have thick skin.

A socialist who supports a corrupted, murderous criminal owned by the capitalist establishment? Makes zero sense.

I have a different opinion than you, as an outsider as well.
Many people that I know, including myself, fully support and wish for Trump to become the president of the US of A. He's far more capable of running a country, since he's a billionaire. But, the thing that I like about him the most, is that he will put an end to the western destabilization of regions. He will stop overthrowing governments the west doesn't like, and cause civil wars as the result.

Plus, he will normalize relations with Russia, which is something that history does not remember.

And honestly, I am 100% scared of Hillary as president. She's a puppet, who doesn't give a damn about anyone else. I despise this woman for the past 20 or so years, but she became even more disgusting to me, when she said "we saw, we came, he died" with her neurotic laugh. She will bring chaos to the world. There's no doubt in my mind about that.

If the CIA & Mossad decide that's what is to happen Trump will do nothing about it in the slightest.
That will be Congress' decision to make not the President.

& side note: for the love of God stop calling everyone Hillary supporters.
#NeverTrump is nothing to do with support of Hillary.

Get that through your skull before your repetitiveness causes me to scroll your posts.

I get it, you don't like her, well neither do I. But this lame accusatory rhetoric is becoming wholey boring now.

Listen, I understand how shameful it is to support Hillary, but I'm just calling it as it is. You clearly stated that she's a better choice for president then Trump, which means that you support her, or did I get that wrong? Do you actually support a third party candidate, and you call for the prosecution of a corrupted, murderous criminal from the Clinton family?

If that's the case, I am sorry for mistaking you for a Hillary lover.

CIA & Mossad...Of course, the jews are responsible for everything.

EDIT: Where exactly did I call you a Hillary supporter?

Trump represents the best of capitalism while Clinton represents the worse. A man who has both privately succeeded and failed, only proving how just the free market can be, while the other contorts and manipulates public office and hides her success behind closed door, essentially treating her foundation as a slush fund. It's capitalism vs. Crony capitalism this time around.

Yep, you baited me with your post. Never did I call you a Hillary supporter, at least on this thread.

What's up with people making things up, to serve their agenda? I remember Hillary doing it, I mean how amazing it is that she survived that sniper fire in Bosnia?

Give the bourgeois a yard and they take a mile.

Then present a better solution already!!
You all shoot down every solution without presenting any viable ones yourself.

Oh I see your a economic socialist...
I know your solutions. The anarcho-capitalist inside me laughs at the thought of the government regulating the private sector and somehow fixing a failing economy. Good luck with your rainbows and puppy dogs...

Think of the US as one big freaking plane. It's been in the air a long time and is running low on consumables and fuel.
The pilots have to abandon the cockpit due to union rules. ( I didn't state that this was a great simile.)

So we need a pilot and vice-pilot. In the passengers we have a crafty older woman, who has managed to get through piloting school using her connections, brains, perseverance and boundless effort. The reason she isn't a pilot full time is that she gets involved with minor crashes and dings and seems not to have really good judgement. She's willing to do anything that benefits her supporters of her ambitions and is self aggrandizing to the point that many passengers are uncomfortable with her taking over the duties.
The other potential pilot is a boorish, corpserate BS artist who has crashed lots of smaller planes but was always heavily insured. He touts his ability to walk away from these crashes with bluster. He is always shouting how everyone is an idiot that is biased against him if they say what he says. He was born on a Lear Jet and thinks that this helps qualify him to take over the controls. He has a solid gold toilet which means his poo does not stink. (ask him) He thinks the altimeter is just 'suggesting' what should be done as he has friends who tell him different.

One is going to auger the entire plane into a new hole.
One is going to put you on a glide path to hell.

Vote for Stein.
