Thank you for your opinion on web sites.
Now to the content please?
If you would refute the INFORMATION instead of the source for instance, maybe you would be believable but "I don't like that because SNOPES says" ....won't cover it either

Trump has specifically said he is looking to argue to agreement his policies through congress, as opposed to the executive decisions and stale-mates of the current administration. I'm not sure if that means anything to you, but it sounds slightly democratic to my own ears.

Unfortunately I have severe doubts that it means anything to Trump. It's all too easy and familiar for Trump to claim after the fact that only idiots didn't understand what he really meant. Trump does and Trump says what Trump wants. If it contradicts his previous position, well it doesn't. It's just our fault for not seeing through his earlier sarcasm...

Poor, you really have no base level understanding of politics. Don't assume people will assume what you meant, tell them what you mean and leave no place for ambiguity. It's really not hard, at an election level it's quite clear - especially when making the claim Obama created ISIS. You of would rather not see that as something that the lowest common denominator should have to work out for themselves. I think it's you that is perhaps missing the point of politics.

"He didn't talk how I wanted", said the language police. Unfortunately that is not an argument, but rather a display of one's prejudices. This sort of snobbery reeks of sanctimony.

Pathetic, where did I say "he didn't talk as I wanted"? Oh dear, you really don't understand the point, you seem to hide behind your own view. Did he talk how you wanted?

Here's your pedantry in regards to how a politician is supposed to speak:

"Don't assume people will assume what you meant, tell them what you mean and leave no place for ambiguity."

This instruction according to you and no one else. Trump didn't follow your sage, and apparently, superior advice. Therefor, Trump didn't speak how you want. So what was your point besides your gifted instruction? Oh dear.

I'm sorry, I understand not everyone on this site has English as their first language, I know it can be hard to grasp nuances in another tongue. It's not how I want, it's a basic truth with public speaking if you want people to know what you mean rather than leave them having to make assumptions.

Hope that helps.

Choice between 2 sickness. This is the other side. The industrial military complex and spinning media.

I don;t even know who that is.

A rag tag team? You're really sucked into the faux outsider presentation they feed you. Rag tag...lol good one.

We all know he was talking out of his ass...again. The whole point is how inappropriate, non productive, and plain obnoxious saying stuff like that truly is. How is this beyond you? Your only excuse is that you enjoy being tasteless and enjoy the company of low quality human beings. No one who talks the way Trump does would be allowed to sit at the dinner table. Any decent mom would have washed his smart mouth out with soap a long time ago. He must have absolutely terrible parents to just hand him money and teach him to behave in such ways. It's no wonder the world sees him as a child. He's an immature little boy who had to buy everything he has. He deserves to be laughed at, which we're all doing...well everyone besides the usual suspects on ATS.

It wasn't sounding too bad until it came to the part where he said,

"We have to decide how we’re going to organize as the United States to begin to protect our way of life and not fear what our country was built upon, which is a set of Judeo-Christian values and principles."

We don't need to have some Religion to define what our principles are. Any Religion. We should be able to act like rational enlightened adults and figure those out for ourselves by now. We don't need some Father Figure or Religious Organization to tell us what they are like little children. If some of the principles we choose happen to mirror the values in one or more Religions, fine, but that doesn't mean we need to put any Religion and it's rules over all.

If the founders wanted Judeo-Christianity to be the Religion of the US they would have said so. They didn't. They supported Religious Freedom and System which protected the Religion of each individual without forcing one upon them. There is no difference in forcing someone to bow and pray to Muhammad than to bow and pray to Jesus. I'm not going to do either and I shouldn't have to. I won't stop others from doing that but they shouldn't make me join them.

What do you mean?? What does the opinion of people "overseas" have to do with how we run our own country???

This two-bit scammer is going to lose so bad. He knows he got in way over his head. Soon his base will get tired of being hoodwinked. Most of them are decent people, maybe a little gullible and angry but socialists at heart.

I think Trump has probably damaged his professional position in business as well.

If you were an entrepreneur, would you want to work with him after this "bizarre show"?

I don't have the link but I saw a report by a firm that is able to track business traffic which said that visits to Trump branded properties by women are significantly down compared to previous years.

That's interesting.

Of course, as always, would need to know/research said firm.

My favorite thing about this is that almost immediately after he called it sarcastic, he included a "but it's really not", and his supporters now only see the word sarcastic and run with it.

Is there any issue Trump doesn't play both sides on?
