Just a rumor, but also coincides with the hash which is a bit too coincidental. I could be wrong here...

Unless you want everyone to see your own private information (as in "do unto others"), I think its a good idea to reconsider what Assange's approach might do to people...

Privacy is very important.

However people in positions of government who have been using their positions for corruption, have given up their right to privacy in regards to said corruption.

To me what Assange does is what our feds should be doing, except the only way to do so is make it public for all to see.

The collusion between governments and multinational corporations is vast powerful conspiratorial network. There is no court room for justice to be had. The only way for there to be any accountability is for the information to become public.

All of their communication becomes essential in stopping the insane level of corruption, resulting Orewellian laws being passed to protect themselves.

For the non-criminal individual, privacy is freedom, in many respects? For criminals, they sometimes forfeit what they do in the dark as bringing it to light is justice, or the pathway to justice.

Well... it seems this encrypted file is HUGE (87.6GB) of DATA, so it's going to take a while to download before being able to open it.


Now.... I think. What could be inside all those GB of DATA?? Could be big.

We can only pray that it is the stuff that will dropkick this s*** out of the corrupt empire that has been built up!

Also as Zazzafrazz pointed out.... we can only pray that people in postition to go against the empire will choose too!!

Hmmm, if I were one of the journo's that had the encrypted data, Snowden handing over the decryption code would not make me publish it.

Let me explain. That link posted by elouina is a torrent link used to download the ACTUAL torrent link of the data download.

Think of it like a dummy to evade distributing the real link.
