Yes...that. The vid illustrates it well, unfortunately....

Forgive my butting in, I just wanted to offer an idea that helped me in similar situation, when my daughter (and only child) was little, and I found myself in the 'position' of 'stay-at-home-mom' needing extra income..

Don't know if it is a viable choice for your circumstances, and It wouldn't be a huge financial benefit, but you might consider home schooling your son, and doing childcare in your home -

- not as in running an actual 'home daycare center', but just caring for 2 or 3 kids - if you didn't want pre-schoolers, you could look for older ones and offer to home school along with your own...
The thing is, where I live, the going rate for babysitters is $7 to $10 per hour! So, even doing this on a part-time basis could add several hundred dollars a month to your family income (plus eliminating the expense of private school..

It's just that from reading posts where you talk about your son, you seem like you'd be really good with kids in general, and there are lots of people (maybe even right in your neighborhood) who would like to have their kids cared for in a 'family home' type environment, as opposed to 'mass' daycare - particularly if it meant 'escaping' the public school system....

Doing childcare like this turned out a good thing for my daughter too, as she was a typical 'lonely only' and really enjoyed having extra kids around...

--Sorry for off topic OP--

On topic, I agree there have been huge (scary) changes in society in just the last 10 years - and frankly (though I've never been 'sold' on 'NWO/Powers that Be' type scenarios), I really believe that there's been an agenda of some sort driving these changes -

- the 'differences' in people and their attitudes are just too extreme, there's something unnatural feeling about it all..

In 2006 Ketsuko and I were doing well enough to get our first house. She had a full time job as a speech clinician for special needs children. I was getting raises above the standard of living at my place of work. We were hiring people at my place of work as full company employees.

By early 2009 Ketsuko had lost her job due to lack of clientele. My health care premiums and deductibles doubled. By 2010 I had to raid my 401K to keep from losing our house to foreclosure. We managed to renegotiate our mortgage in 2012 with a better rate.

In 2016 Ketsuko still can't find a full-time job. At my place of work we are only hiring people as temporary employees, or contract workers if they are lucky. Either way the new jobs only last 12 months. Increased regulations have made every facet of my job much more difficult to do, for the same type of products that we have always produced.

In short, the last 7-8 years of our lives have been stagnant, living paycheck to paycheck.

I get an annual bonus from my place of work still. We used to use it for savings, football and paying off debts and an occasional vacation. Now we don't go to football, we don't save, and the bonus is eaten up to send our son to private school (thanks common core!)

I'm ready for a change.

Ever thought of one of you going back to school?

Or moving to a new city?

OPPORTUNITY doesn't come to you.

Bootstraps aren't just for the YOUNG to pull on.

I'm quite happy with my job, actually. I don't mean to say that is terrible. I was just commenting on what the Obama regime has done to the economy and working environment. They do offer compensation for higher education so I have been thinking of going for a Master's.

We have thought about moving, if Ketsuko can find a full-time job closer to where I work. Getting out of our house without another major financial hit is the big problem there.

It's ridiculous to think now is worse. So at least 100 thousand innocent Iraqis were dying because of an illegal war that we started, but now is worse because of SJWs. You poor white male, I feel so sorry for you.

PEAK OIL
Remember peak oil?? It was part of what kept me on this board after stumbling on here looking for information about reptilians at China Lake.

Peak oil actually scared me at 15 when I started to read about it. Now I am looking at these gas prices saying "what peak oil?"

Also, does anyone remember about a gas or vapor that scientists created around 2006 that was proven to make people exposed to it more trusting of strangers or suggestive to others?? I think it was a team out of the UK?? I read it around the same time the Tokyo people made that invisibility cloak and MIT I believe developed a way to make light bend around an object, making it invisible.

Im glad you brought this up, I want to find out what came about from that trust chemical. Considering the invisibility tech was swept under the rug, with a possible video confirmation of use in the field by soldiers, and only quiet infrequent updates on the light bending object, I am guessing the chemical was produced secretly on an industrial scale and dispersed into the atmosphere across the globe.

In fact, it would probably explain how many of the civil uprisings around the world for the last 5 years were so successful. And also why SJW became so powerful.

Someone please help me find that article, its in the ATS archive somewhere. Key words may be trust formula, university (maybe Oxford?), scientists etc etc. I have been trying to find it for awhile. Even used the way back machine.

Sorry but we have all felt it under the Obama regime. I gave up a very good business that felt the crunch of Obamacare due to small employment and had to seek out a job with health benefits because it got too expensive to pay for them out of pocket. I lost about 20000 a year due to that. I worked hard to create it and am very P.O. that a President can take that away from me in 2 terms. Some that were unaffected by this talk out of their "arsss" like the "understand!"

I've heard of a "trust pheromone". It's in a bunch of 'get laid' products I guess. Never looked closely enough how 'real' it is tho.

Yeah, that's right, Peak Oil. Hadn't thought of that in a while. What's his name , Michael Ruppert, went off the deep end with that issue. Dead now.

I think it might actually be kryptonite to these people, because they seem to feed--no, thrive--on negativity. That's definitely something I've noticed increasing over the last decade or so--the eagerness with which people spew their hate and vitriol. They enjoy it. They derive great personal satisfaction from it.

Being nice to them pisses them off. They want to upset you. They want you to waste your time defending yourself from their retarded attacks instead of being productive and affecting real progress (whatever that is).

I get sucked into it too, but sometimes I think a much different approach should be taken with so-called SJWs. As the saying goes...

...don't feed the trolls. If negativity is what they insist on, that should be the very thing they never get.

Of course, it's extremely hard to resist sometimes.

How could I forget. 10 years ago (on 6-6-06) is when I released my first video "They Want Your Soul".

An intensely laid out mish mash of all the anti-political bias, anti 2 party system, anti-mass commercialist consumer culture, real conspiracies, and so on that fit that particular narrative that I had been blogging about the year before.

A good snapshot of the big issues / conspiracies / political con jobs going on at that time!

That was back when Google Video was still around and was actually a better hosting format than 'GooTube', as it had 'unlimited' video lengths opposed to YouTube's damn 10 minute cap. TWYS had over 250,000 hits before they disabled the view counts; eventually scuttled the service.

Peak oil isn't about oil prices but oil production cost. The latter is around $50 to $90 a barrel. That will not go down as we've already picked the low-lying fruit. Now, we have to resort to shale, coal, etc.

Oil prices went down because of fears of another economic downturn. That's why prices for other commodities also fell.

Meanwhile, the global economy has been experiencing weak growth during the past ten years due to a combination of high oil production costs and too much credit. The "solution" to the problem was to add even more credit, which allowed for unconventional production (attractive at $100 a barrel) and economic "recovery" as seen in stock markets, etc. And yet global GDP growth remained weak throughout, together with world trade volume and shipping indices like the Baltic Dry Index, which never recovered.

And with low oil prices, how will producers pay for billions of dollars in previous debt plus fund future oil production (where they have to pay increasing amounts to produce less oil each time)?

Kill me with kindness? How kind you all are to be able to look at people unhappy at race or gender relations, and declare their unhappiness makes the world a worse place than starting wars in which hundreds of thousands of innocents die. How kind! How noble!

Life is certainly worse for you than it is the people complaining about wrongs, because you have to listen to it! And you having to listen to that bs is worse than a war your country illegally started.

Please, kill me with kindness after you discover what it is to be kind.

SJW's effectively declaring their "problems" to be something comparable to those dead Iraqi's, these days, is the real mystery that needs to be unraveled...

Hey guy, where did the OP or anyone in this thread say Iraqis or anyone else in the world isn't suffering or that their suffering was less or didn't matter? Why can't it just suck all over, for everyone? More now than in 2006. I guess SJW work is so lucrative, they will shamelessly fight for the right of even the mighty strawman.

I am confused as to the message you are trying to convey... please be clearer. It sounds like you are very angry about Iraq etc. Most people are, and have been for over a decade. What does that have to do with SJWs?

Calling me out as a poor "white male" of whom you are pissed off at does nothing. If anything it Illustrates the whole point of the OP in the first place.

Be pissed all you want, just be pissed at the right people.

Yes, lets compare 10 years ago.

Today we have mostly stopped our wars of aggression for oil.
People with preexisting conditions, low incomes, and/or crummy jobs can get routine medical care.
Broadband was redefined as something more reasonable than an ISDN line.
The country is no longer run by people who claim Aethists shouldn't be considered true Americans.
The Vice President is no longer the most powerful person in the country.
The volume of secret courts that are enforcing secret laws have been reduced.
We know of government spying as a fact, which means we can fix it.
Cancer and AIDS research has progressed nicely.
Race relations have improved (if you don't remember, 10 years ago the major talk was of reparations, and outside of the last few days that talk has vanished)
The deficit has been reduced
Federal taxes have gone down
Our international ranking in education has gone up
We are a net oil exporter
We are energy independent
