The emails cover the period from January last year until 25 May this year.

You-know-where-leaks.org/dnc-emails/

Trump didn't announce his run until June of 2015. The hack occurred 5 months before he announced and continued on up until May of this year.

Excellent Point.

Will the 'Russia Did It Because Putin Loves Trump' crowd care to comment on this point?
I'll welcome even a Silly response.

This is a lot more plausible, especially in light of the last whistleblower being CIA, and the NSA has already previously been caught spying on American citizens because terrorist.

Man, imagine the damage someone or someones in the NSA could do if they were pissed off...

There are lots of methods and programs they could call into being almost instantaneously, plausibly deniable leaks scattered in various places. Enough hints dropped and a thorough, dedicated perusal of publicly available information, interesting patterns could emerge.

Nah, they wouldn't do that, would they?

Here's an interesting story from PressTV.

They are an Iranian propaganda publication.

They were doing outreach---www.washingtonexaminer.com...

I'm sure that if they couldn't get it through official channels---well---arrangements can always be made in politics.

Here's a report from earlier in the year: dailycaller.com...

Looks like someone in the Obama Admin. donates to Iran, though.
Iran would like Hillary to keep sending them money as POTUS.
Trump would cut them off.

Obama might not know for sure that it was the Russians. I suppose it could be the NSA, but we have a former NSA worker claiming to know that. I don't know how that is proof.

Clinton was pretty quick to blame Russia for hacking.

This women can trace a state sponsored hacker with certainty.

Then pretends she thinks you can wipe a server with a cloth ?

Yeah Right...

More than Larry the cable guy from the NSA .

PS

It was certainly possible when you were saying that Hillary's server was hacked. Even though it was shown that it was unlikely she was hacked. And some said there was no indication all that she was.You took the slightest possibility that Comey waved in front of you to the depths of her endangering U.S. security and made it a certainty. Now highly confident from the FBI leaves room for doubt. Would you accept that bent logic in any other circumstances?

I would accept Comey's 'bent logic' before I would accept a 'bent logic' from Hillary. Hillary's a known liar. Comey isn't.

The origin date of the emails in June 2015 have nothing to do with when the hack occurred. The June 2015 date would be what archival content is stored in the EMail server, not when the server was hacked.

Now that the tooth fairy says it was the Russians, is the National Security Agency (NSA) off the hook?

So, some former NSA guy with a political bias and grudge says so, it must be true?

Yeah, not buying it. Just because one person says something, truth it does not make.

The TV News channels are full of panel members who are "former" (a.k.a. fired, washed-up, disgraced) experts. They are a dime-a-dozen. CNN is LOADED with them. Most come on the air for free, just to feel important again.
