I imagine you all will get a lot more guests the closer you get to the event.

I hope so. It would be nice if a certain person from Tennessee showed up.

I'm positive you will find interesting folks to eat...er...meet. Interesting folks to meet. There, that's it.

Holding out hope for the UK team...wouldn't that be a game changer?!
A fun one at that, I'll send you my bail money in advance.

I would end up spending your bail money on booze.

Well damn. I guess I better get to googling all of the things I'm pretty sure we'll get arrested for so I know just how long I'll be gone.

Got to let work know how long, you know I AM a responsible adult!

Well, I always told you I would take you to an exotic island.

I bet you never figured it would be Riker's.

Well, that certainly is an interesting twist but, I think I can work it.

Well, I recall you learned about making pruno, so you definitely have a useful prison skill to take advantage of.

Pruno.

Look it up. That's half the fun.

I'm bumping this since a few people wanted to know if this event is still on.

It's on like Donkey Kong. I have no idea what the means but someone said it to me and now I am saying it to you.

I will definitely be down on Saturday. Because it's a little more than a 3 hour drive and I'm not much of a morning person, I'm contemplating coming down later on Friday night and overpaying for a hotel room. Is anyone else coming into town early or any locals want to pre game and grab a drink and join me on my usual pilgrimage to Lombardi's for some good old fashioned NY style pizza?

That is pizza heaven.

It's been about 5 years since I've had the chance to stop there. I'm usually popping in to see some random metal bands at a club and the people with me aren't cultured enough to want to stop for good food. I'll be damned if I'm in town for the meet up and don't stash a pie in my car to bring home for later!

If your friends don't like Lombardi's then I think you need to find new friends.

Hey!

Please pvt me for the details about Saturday. As for Friday night, I am close enough to possibly do that too. Not sure if anyone else would be interested in that. I've never been to Lombardi's.

Never heard of Lombardi's. How good are they? For that matter what makes them that good? 15 years in the city and I have no idea.
