However, several philosophical arguments can be made against it, one of them being Occam's Razor.

And it would still be inconclusive.

No. Seems to me you're saying your shared memory is evidence of it.

Seems to me you can't even entertain the possibility you and others remembered your anatomy incorrectly.

Seems to me you don't have anything but feelings to go by.

Seems to me you have no real desire to discuss this subject at any length.

You're in this thread for the same reason I initially came in here. Entertainment.

You see, while I utterly disbelieve this drivel. I feel I asked some decent questions. Relative to trying to ascertain the plausibility of these notions. Offered up some alternatives. Offered up some food for thought.

Seems you can't, or don't want to take a critical look at this ME thing.

Then you havn't been paying attention. I even said I would never claim to have proof of the ME, in the post you responded to.

I have said multiple times that my approach is agnostic and not once did I say that any option is impossible.

Hahahaha!

You won't accept the answers given by anyone unless it confirms to the ME being a real thing.

Why should I accept claims that are impossible to prove as absolute truth. Are you accepting my claims?

Impossible to prove????

There are THOUSANDS of scientific studies going back HUNDREDS of years about memory and how it's faulty.

But yeah, timeline shifts lol.

Again with the dumb arguments. I can also prove that memory is in fact accurate most of the time. Does this prove the ME is real?

See? Dismissing the evidence in favour of the unprovable so your precious ME is "real".

Hey I have a question.

Person A shifts from Timeline A into Timeline B.

What happens to Timeline B's Person A when they make the shift?

I am not dismissing anything, just pointing out your logical fallacy.

What logical fallacy? That there is EVIDENCE of bad memories that can account for the ME?

The only logical fallacy is the ME. No proof. Nothing to verify. Nothing. It's all how "someone remembers" or how "someone feels".

Maybe they shift to timeline A?

The logical fallacy is that you think that "can account" is the same as "does account". Derp.

So now you're arguing semantics?

I guess the ME has nothing going for it so it always boils down to semantics and "I just know!"

Enjoy your imaginary effect and the NEED for it.

No, I am not. Jeez. I am talking about your logic.

Just because something CAN account for something doesn't mean it actually DOES account for it.

And just because people like the idea of the Mandela effect, doesn't mean there is one.

For you to infer I said memory is always wrong shows you are grasping at straws. You have zero real argument to stand on. Memory is OFTEN wrong, not always, not even most of the time, but often. People commonly make the same mistakes as well. You are refusing to put the puzzle pieces together.

No, in fact it proves the ME is fake. Please think harder about it.
