None of those is proof of a war plan, nor a vote by congress to engage in war.

War drum beaing sure, but no actual proof of your claim.

Jihadists are killing in the hopes of earning a place in heaven. They cannot go to heaven if they are not buried properly, so an attack in an infidel land can cost them the reward they are seeking

I am sure many people is now becoming aware of this no proper burial by muslim iman incident in France and IMO this is guaranteed better success than all security combined.
We only need the muslims community to agree that some acts of terrorism do not deserve proper burial and it will scare wanna be terrorist more than any punishment we can think of.

No I've actually fought in one. That said this is just like the TOW missile thing. You want this to fit whatever narrative and have ZERO proof for your claims, just like the TOW.

I read what you said:

No, but denouncing someone who shoots a priest who's done nothing to his attacker could defuse a lot of hatred.

Thats like asking the bulliies victim to apologize for being bullied.

As hoary as this statement is: two wrongs don't make a right. And no, the "victims" don't get a free pass to victimize others. It doesn't work that way.

Acts of unprovoked war are bad. Acts of terrorism against innocent people in a church are bad.

The only one who tried to change the subject was you, introducing your usual Anti-American BS. Do you honestly think no-one noticed?

Judging by all the stars you get trolling me, no.

My anti war stance is very American.

This thread is not about war, it is about the Muslim community's response to a particularly egregious act of religious violence in France. You seem to think that the psychopath who committed the atrocity is the victim.

No, it's about how some Muslims stand up against violent extremism. Have you even bothered to read what everyone else has been posting?
