How can any picture be a picture of Muhammad as nobody knows what Muhammad looks like.
All you have is a stereotype picture of a Muslim.

That's a good point.

I could scan a copy of that generic Arabian looking guy in a turban on the front of my copy of The Arabian Nights or in any one of the many illustrations inside it for that matter and claim its Mohammad.

And I guess even if I don't claim it's Mohammad, in today's microagraggessive society, all I need to go is show it to someone who decides that whatever I intended ... THEY see Mohammad and that's all that counts.

Which only makes the whole thing that much more ludicrous.

When you get right down to it, they're pissed off about a caption. The "title" of the picture is what makes it bad or worse, not the actual content.

There is a reason why Muslim art is pattern centric and not keen on depicting the human form.
