Poor Hillary Clinton just can't get away with anything can she.

She went on the 60 Minutes TV show last week and made some comments about her private computer system(s) used for government business and what do ya know .....

The Judicial Watch organization is using some of her comments to solidify their FOIA request(s) in court.

JW wants to "interview" her in connection with their FOIA requests.

So far that issue has been argued in court.

It's now or never.

One lie always leads to more cover-up lies doesn't it.

Clinton’s Comments on 60 Minutes About Private Email Server Now Used Against Her in Court

Hillary Clinton‘s comments on her use of a private server during last weekend’s 60 Minutes interview are now being used against her in a FOIA lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group. For the last several weeks, Judicial Watch has been seeking to depose Clinton about her use of a private email server in order to figure out if Freedom of Information Act requirements were violated.

Judicial Watch says new information was gleaned from an interview with CBS’ Scott Pelley including the fact that Clinton admitted that someone recommended she set up the server. The group wants to know who that someone was. They also contend her statement provides further reasoning for why she must be deposed under oath. Clinton’s lawyers say that issue is irrelevant to the lawsuit.

She will resist that "under oath", she was a tricky
dick lawyer herself so she knows that will be her end!

But yes, she should be deposed!

Oh, its a lawsuit. The verdict is a piece of paper.

I was waiting for a thread about her email to show up again. Have we noticed, the main stream media has washed that right out the window, covering her with roses and perfume during the convention. She is the DNC candidate.

Good luck making anything stick to the Teflon Blonde.

Ignorance of the law is not a defence in court. Breaking the law unintentionally is still breaking the law.

Couldn't go one page without her Pep Squad to come rally her little army of record correctors.
Good post Xue. Of course, this is another one that'll get swept under the rug.
