Or do i have to download microsoft word and try it out in there?
Is there like a program that could do this?
Notepad or wordpad will do that, "Edit, replace...." and tell it to replace the 'o's with 'a's and it will.

The question I have is WHY do you want to do this?

Wouldnt work well

Step 1: replace all A's to O's.

Step 2: Replace all O's with...oh...damn, nope, that wont work...

In cases like this I add a third step.

Step 1: replace all As to @@ (for example);
Step 2: replace all Os to As;
Step 3: replace all @@ to As.

I suppose you could learn Yoda talk, that would be entertaining.

It's already been done. Just listen to the way New Zealanders speak. Vowel substitution is the name of the game there. There are also words they pronounce where the vowels are missing altogether e.g. "chks" = chicks.
