Pulsed Energy Projectile (PEP)

Scary stuff. Notice it mentions some of these are deployed. I read somehwere we have a few hummers in Iraq armed with these.

I read one "account" from an alleged Iraqi on Jihadunspun.com about the Americans using a weapon of this nature to destroy a bus. Melting it until it shrank to the size of a van. Now that account is suspect for certain, but knowing that these things are there, its not suprising that there are reports of thier use.

I've also read some information on this and have seen a documentary featuring something similar.

If you ever get a chance to watch any of the Jon Ronson documentaries, watch them! his last documentary was 'Crazy Rulers of the world' in which one episode - 'The Men Who Stare At Goat's' - silly title but this refers to a US Army experiment into Soldiers stopping the hearts of goats. This is one of many experiments that he uncovers including the PEP.
