Just like with anything, sometimes appearances can be deceiving.
As long as you get a decent amount of protein and a high-enough amount of calories, your body can build muscle, even if the overall diet is quite
crappy. And in doing so, yes, people can look good on the outside, but I am willing to bet that what's going on concerning their bodies' inner
workings, their mental health, and all other kinds of things are not even closely representative of their external physique.
"Looking good" is NOT the measure by which we should assess one's health.
