Huge death toll in Russia-USA shooting war

Hi ATS,

This is a really quick one. I spent some time a couple of weeks ago researching the reality of the situation in Eastern Europe, with regards NATO & Russia posturing & exercising a mutual build-up of forces. I was quite concerned by the details I uncovered, but aside from preparing the family here at home to survive an EMP in the event of a nuclear exchange (we're in the UK), I realised there's naff-all I can do about it, and so I stopped worrying. NB - my survivalist 'prepping' was short & sweet, got everything planned & sorted within a few days.

A week or so later, I experienced a very poignant & vivid dream, in which I was shown the ramifications of the unfolding of a shooting war between (principally) the USA & Russia. I was shown a representation of the battlefield, which was like a computer model (everything was explained by an unseen narrator, as though I was in a simulation). I saw the forces of the USA & Russia get to it, in a proper shooting war, with high technology rolled out as this was 'the big one', and thus no proxy war wherein outdated tech would suffice. No, this was full-on, major tech being rolled out, huge confrontation on many fronts, didn't start as a nuclear exchange but appeared to escalate into one fairly quickly (perhaps due to the low threshold for action in the nuclear doctrine held by Russia).

I saw the numbers of the death toll, ultimately, once the shooting was done: 5,600,000. And that was the immediate effect of the war. It had clearly spilled over into Europe too. I was then shown that twice that number would ultimately be killed by the after-effects of the nuclear exchange. At this point I was shown that several of the key players, the decision-makers in the battles on both sides, were agonising over what they had done. Some proclaimed that they had no idea of the destruction that would be wrought by their actions, that somehow they had been deceived by warmongers, and that the conflict had escalated beyond their ability to control the outcome - also that the numbers of civilian dead literally horrified & haunted them.

Shooting war between Russia & the USA, by the numbers:

5,600,000 dead in the principle conflict.

11,200,000 more who die due to the after-effects of a nuclear exchange (possibly including a nuclear winter lasting many years)

Yup. Those are big numbers, but certainly feasible in the context. So anyway, I've reported it - now they can't say nobody told them what would happen. Let's hope it was 'just a dream'...

Sounds like a real nightmare...
In the real world I can not imagine anything that would inspire Russia or USA to have a full on conflict decimating both countries if not destroying earths entire ecosystem who would want anything like that ?
I prefer to hope for a peaceful future where US and Russia and the rest of the world will work hard to restore nature and eliminate religious death cults... who am I kiddin.. NUKES AWAY !

Have you ever considered all of this real information as fear factor doom porn ?

Demons feed off fear. Hence they spread this rumour, cause fear, feed off it and then they get humans dreaming of wars as well.

So the get fear porn to suck up 24/7.

Either laugh at all of these lies or think thoughts of such a huge war, that the entire world splits apart and joins the asteroid belt. Then notice how the nightmare dreams grind to a halt.

Where in my post did I mention demons, and why do you think I would be fed a story by demons in the first place? Don't you think I might possibly know enough to know when to discount a dream as a falsehood? This dream was far from being a demonic deception, and trust me I know a thing or two about those.

This dream was either a 'thought experiment' in my subconscious, or it was guidance from someone who wants to avoid the prospect of such a horrifying war. Demons don't factor into it anywhere, and I'd appreciate you not casting aspersions without having a clue whom you are talking with.

Cheers, FITO.

NB - the primary sources for my initial research were websites like 'The Conversation', websites for newspapers such as 'The Guardian' and 'The Independent' (both reputable, non-partisan news sources here in the UK), etc. No demons spreading fear, just journalists & political-military analysts writing essays & articles. I really don't understand your focus on demons...

I would have thought exactly the same, until I started digging beneath the surface of the current NATO expansion in the Baltic nations, and the Russian incursions into Ukraine, their ramp-up of weapons systems in Kaliningrad, etc. I found the following to be good articles, they describe how we're actually teetering on the brink of war in Eastern Europe, and in places postulate that the 'calm before the storm' has striking & unsettling parallels with the condition of Europe just before WW1 erupted. We aren't as safe as we might think ourselves to be, and especially (for example) Russia's stance on when it would use nukes is perturbing, to say the least..

How World War III became possible

Could NATO go to war with Russia … and what would happen if it did?

West could sleepwalk into a Doomsday war with Russia – it’s time to wake up

11 million on nukes. At least that isn't as bad as 6 billion.

16 million is pretty low in a superpower vs regional power war with nukes deployed. 16million is about the moscow metro area. 4 million less than the NYC metro area, 1 million more than the LA metro area.

The future war is a west + russia vs Islam with civil war in europe due to migrants. Once Turkey leaves NATO the war is close.

Do you remember the Elgin high pressure gas blowout? The man in charge of the rig said he never thought he would have to use the shutdown switch. He trusted his 'superiors' when they gave him empty reassurances. Unfortunately we have many such trusting and childlike individuals in positions of power within the militaries of the world.

No it is not. It is going to be West vs rest of the world. Even Islamist are not that dumb today to storm East. The West is far beyond wicked now. The Wicked West vs Exceptional East.
