Iraqi arrested in Lodz, Poland; suspected of preparing an attack.

Arrested in a hotel in Łódź. 48 years old Iraqi man. He initially lived in Switzerland, then Sweden from where he was deported. He arrived in Poland a few days ago. Explosives found on him as well as "writings suggesting an attack preparation". Unconfirmed info that he wasn't acting alone.

They found traces of explosives on a road on which the pope is supposed to travel on. This lead them to a hostel in łódź, where the staff confirmed the Iraqi stayed. Explosives were found, along with detailed list of places, notably French stores and a factory. He was found in one of the two flats he rented in the city. Supposedly he speaks Polish. Reason for his removal from Sweden was not stated. He had basic papers on him.

International Youth Day starts next week and it's estimated around 3 million Christian people will show up in Krakow.

The Polish are not as PC as the rest of Europe so im betting there security services are a hell of a lot more effective than the Germans or French who at the moment may as well not turn up to work as they are a useless vegan BBQ.

Yeah. Being "xenophobic" like some people like to call it saved their day. Just hope there aren't more possible terrorist lurking around as the big event is going to start soon.

Dog indicated smell of explosives in one of the buildings near that road, Iraqi guy didn't have explosives but there were particles on his clothes - C4 and penthrite. He was walking around in shopping malls before. Meanwhile in Kraków, police may have found traces of his activity.

They cant afford to be . Check the location and their entire history.

How about all o those who are being trained to be terrorists by the polish govt. while they reside in concentration camps in the middle of polish forests. Secret Prison, EU transparency, Look who's talking about Guantanamo ...
