Look at the email date regarding the "taco bowl." It is a reference to Trump's Twitter taco bowl debacle on Cinco de Mayo. It is specific to Trump's characterization of the Latino community. Remember?

but they call it a way to mop up "taco bowl engagement".

Donald Trump celebrated Cinco de Mayo by posing with a taco bowl and claiming “I love Hispanics” in a photo posted on social media. 

The image went viral, but in all the wrong ways for the presumed Republican presidential nominee.

The entire issue was a taco bowl. That email is not a DNC problem. Trump gets ownership of that terminology completely. Sorry. This email is leveraging his idiotic tweet. Nothing more.
