Because other people who are not across the street are walking right up to the shooter and only see there is something wrong when he starts shooting.

I usually dont bite on the large Govt level conspiracies...

To the videos.
I read an interesting question in a german forum right now.

Somebody asked there why all videos that are shown look like if they were made in the 1980`s.
If monitoring rooms are shown somewhere, you have to watch the screens there, everything is clear, nothing is blurry.
If they show videos to the public, there are far away from clear.

Looking at the quality of the videos taken with spyPhones nowadays, that blurry stuff that is shown to the public doesn´t fit too. Or are all the people that take videos and pictures of such events, coincidentally those that don´t have spyPhones that are able to make videos in better quality? All of them, everywhere in the world?

And why, coming back to Munich, why are there only two short videos from inside the mall? That show almost nothing than people running scared away and the police forcing customers to lay on the ground. The only one mall worldwide without cameras?

BTW, we have a machete attack right now in Reutlingen, one dead, two injured. Attacker arrested.

1. yes, there was also an exercise that day. sounds quite familiar.

2. the shooter was on drugs against depression. also sounds familiar.
why does no news agency investigate into this killing spree - mind altering drugs correlation? instead they focus on egoshooters!

3. witnesses saw a blonde haired shooter and one with a santa claus costume. that santa claus guy wasn't the official attacker and surely not an unmarked policeman.

4. according to the news the shooter used a reactivated theater pistol. i don't buy that either. theater and movie guns can't shoot real ammunition. but hey, serves well for the proposal for tighter gun laws being discussed by the eu right now, as reactivation of guns is one point oft that new proposal.

in summary rampage like this will lead to more fear (to manipulate the masses more easily), even more surveillance and stricter gun laws.

I read something about drug called SSRI, which is used at people with mental problems.

Example: 15.500 people were tested, those that used that drug became 50% more hostile and violent than the placebo users.
(0,65%/SSRI versus 0,31%/Placebo).

I don´t know how often they do these exercises in the different federal states.
But you can almost take every single rampage/mass shooting/terror attack in the western world and you can find "security" officials doing "exercises" or operations at the exact same spot or nearby, at the same time when the events happen.

There was the axe attack at a train in Würzburg short before Munich, where the SEK, that was coincidentally nearby, surrounded and shot the Attacker.

The Süddeutsche Zeitung reported on tuesday that the SEK was nearby because of an operation against drug dealers.

It´s a "bit" curious...

First off, I'm dead against the idea of increasing the securtiy state - we know that this kind of attack cannot be prevented unless we're willing to sacrifice ALL our freedoms and turn Germany into a huge prison - and even then it wouldn't be safe. Everyone who begs to differ is welcome to spend a night in prison.
I'm also very much against using BW for domestic policing (in almost all conceivable cases), but the guys that were on alert were "Feldjäger"... so nothing new really.

That being said - there are a few things in your post (and in the official narrative) that can be explained without any need for tinfoil.

- there was a #ton of false- and (wilful) misinformation called in by the populace via phone and social media for the police's OL to handle all through the evening.
Police cannot ignore those calls. Every info has to be taken serious until falsified / debunked. Right now there are several cases of obstruction processed - on top of this, a lot of surveillance footage from the OEZ had to be crosschecked.

- the police will NEVER tell the public right away that they IDed a suspect. They didn't know for sure if he had any accomplices, and the GSG team was heading for his apartment. Sharing this info would compromise OPSEC.
Reaction times need to be kept secret for the same reason.
Yes, they will lie to you.
Personally, I suspect GSG was much earlier on the scene than claimed in the media.

All this takes time. You will never get all the info right away during an ongoing investigation.

I'm not saying you should just eat every official narrative.
There is enough fishy stuff happening.
There is no reason to clutter the real mysteries with things that are just normal.

But what a luck, that´s all just coincidences, one could easily become a "conspiracy nut" if coincidences weren´t just coincidences, everytime...

I watched a Netflix drama in German language the other day, called NSU German History X, all about the National Socialist Underground movement, which ramped up to a near decade long killing spree of Turkish immigrants by a trio of Neo-Nazis. The program captured the depth of corruption & confusion between the German police & Intelligence Services, and showed that quite possibly some of the assailants were being run as agents, while directly linked to the killings that were happening.

The final scene shows the files of an NSU member being shredded shortly after he was killed - we are led to believe by state intelligence personnel - as a result of his desire to turn the tables on the NSU and the state agents who were running him. The overall impression is that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, in terms of police & intelligence departments & agencies, and indeed that the right hand is actively complicit with some of the darker aspects of German underground society... It wouldn't surprise me if the German intelligence folks were only too aware of who was involved, when & why, from the moment the first bullet was fired - possibly even beforehand.

There is a reason why people like me are a bit "tinfoil hat", when it comes to secret services, "security" officials, politicians, official stories and all that.

You maybe heard of Operation Gladio, or check the Celle Hole case, the Bad Kleinen Case, and of course, the NSU case. There is much more, but for the beginning...

From the very first second, when we heard that the NSU flew up via radio, i told to my turkish work collague that this was the german secret services and police. He said: Neveeeer....

Today everybody in germany knows that the whole case stinks, that the whole NSU was in reality some kind of secret service operation. There were several V-Männer, paid people that act as secret service agents, almost around everybody that was involved in the NSU case. The two Uwe´s maybe didn´t shoot themsves in that caravan, but evidence was destroyed by the "investigators", as files were shredded from the first second they flew up. Witnesses strangely died short before they could make their official statement on court...
It fills books yet! Everybody knows that the Verfassungsschutz is deeply involved in the case, but it´s the deep state, you have no "democratic" chance against something like that.
