Honestly I am happy they are not fear mongering like the GOP. Fear does not make you strong.

Then you haven't been listening.

Well, they weren't quite shovel ready then, but I'll bet they're all ready to go now, right?

All I have heard tonight is division. Give everyone 'special' labels, and separate everyone into little groups.

People actually think this BS is a good thing?

We are all Americans. Period.

This is my largest disdain for the DNC... You cannot create unity, if you actively highlight and try to garner votes over single issues... hell, they are having to go to drastic measures in the arena to try and pull off a smooth looking 1st night of their convention...

When you have a debt clock burning towards 20 Trillion, folks still hurting financially, after our reps decided to bail out industry and banks by our elected, and to see that those on Wall Street, and the big car company's doing well, record breaking markets, and we who helped bail them out, are still treading water circa 2007-08...?

I think the folks are tired of being gamed... that's why you had an outsider win on the right, and we could have had a semi outsider on the left, if not for what is evident now, a DNC that breached it's own neutrality and defeated the left's candidate of choice, Sanders...

We can debate the virtues of Capitalism/Socialism all day long, as soon as we have rid DC of the corruption that has taken hold and has done so for so long, that most, who are interested in politics, accept it...

We should have better representation, and it's the fault of everyone who has the privilege to vote, to have allowed the rats in the corn... DEM or REP..

Let's do better?

Are any of you small business owners? Can you afford to pay your female and male workers for paid family leave of 6 months? Who takes their place? How do you train them?

Hillary is a working mom? Let's see the hell you all gave Ivanka for empathizing with working mothers.

What's hillary's solution? Paid government day care? Run like the VA? sheesh

Fear-mongering is for knee-jerk calls for stricter gun control laws after every recent mass-shooting on Obama's watch.

Now, is the time to pretend the Hope & Change Obama brought us is all rainbows & unicorns. Now, is the time to pretend the weak are strong, d'uh.

The message is mixed...err...clear!

All he has done is smear Trump. No evidence, no facts, no substance. So, who's the mean spirited party?

I'm not a registered Democrat, but I'm still trying to keep this thread from being completely hijacked.

Not doing so well.

I'm pretty sure a lot of Democrats have jumped ship at this point.

That would have meant more if you hadn't said you were not voting.
