The DNC is a mess.

DNC cuts the lights over Oregon delegation for chanting "no more war"

Footage from protest outside DNC. Absolute madness.

They should.

Its childish and rude to disrupt speakers.

So it' snot freedom of speech then in your opinion?

Pet peeve of mine.

The right to speak belongs to the designated speaker.

No matter what they have to say.

Objections can come after they speak.

Freedom of speech= the right to say or express yourself without fear of government reprisal.

Get to know your rights and please don't misrepresent them.

I hope both parties implode on themselves it is way overdue.

At least then they have a better chance of getting caught and infuriating enough people to make a change.

You do realize how much societal inertia you are fighting against here, don't you?

The status quo is a powerful ally the globalists use to full effect. If it could be certainly proved beyond a reasonable doubt that the government is as corrupt as the most jaded cynic can imagine, and the general consensus that the only way to fully remove that taint was to tear the whole thing down and start over again, how many people would actually be willing to make the effort?

Knowing that you were working toward a goal which would, without a doubt, lead to massive destablization of the geopolitcal stage resulting in chaos, how many people would rather just let 'business as usual' keep going on if that meant that at least some semblance of order was kept?

I mean, the elite mostly keep to themselves and only bleed a little bit off of everyone's efforts. Sure the occasional whistle blower gets killed, but isn't that a price worth paying to keep society ticking long like it has for as long as we have history?

If we want corruption out of politics, then we have to provide a valid solution which can replace that which we find abhorrent but also that works within the current system.

Some how.

I agree with you.
I raised the question because I had some long debates with some people on ATS not so long ago about those disrupting the Trump rallies. You'd be surprised how many said that it was the protesters right to shout down Trump whilst he was trying to speak to his audience.

Well during the DNC, the suppression might actually be coming from the "government" !!!!!

With the DNC so 'Full of It' (unity)...why would they even NEED to worry about protesters and booing?

There are always people that try to claim things like that.

Every time I see someone trying to misrepresent the constitution it drives me a bit crazy. I don't care wich party they are from when they do it.

I once saw a person claim their second amendment right meant you couldn't ask them questions on a forum about why they had guns.

At an outside open event, there's not much that can be done.

But, if I go to an inside event - - especially if I paid to be there - - I feel it is my right to hear what designated speakers have to say.

Anyone who interrupts my hearing the message of the speaker - - - should be escorted out - - - immediately.

If an audience member can't behave like a responsible adult - - - they need to be removed - - - this is not high school.

And if organizers need to pay to fill seats vacated by spoiled brats - - - so be it.

Especially them.

They're mostly rude, obnoxious, and think no one matters but them.

They can have their own rallies.

OR be one of the designated speakers.

Looks like the DNC have acquired the flags from City hall to put them in the convention - after criticism that no American flags were anywhere to be seen on their stage. Rather funny if true.

on the same page there:

A former Bill Clinton White House official and senior adviser to Hillary Clinton implied Thursday that a Donald Trump administration would “start looking for Jews.”

Ann Lewis served as communications director for President Bill Clinton and was a senior adviser for Hillary’s 2000 senate run and 2008 presidential bid. She was speaking during the Democratic National Convention on a panel for the Democratic Party’s Jewish Caucus at the Philadelphia Convention center. Lewis described Republican nominee Donald Trump as a “a candidate who deliberately and consciously tries to divide.”

“We know from recent history that when you live in a society where the forces of division looks for scapegoats, Jews are next in line,” Lewis added. “Don’t kid ourselves. Wherever they start, if that is the way people amass power, they will start looking for Jews.” Read more: dailycaller.com...[ /ex]

Oh, they are full of it all right.
I just saw something from an attendee where the DNC turned the lights off in the Oregon section of the arena because they were chanting 'No more war.'

What if you are a delegate among a large group of delegates that isn't being given a chance to be heard... or counted?
