Hardly. Trump has said worse things than that and he has walked away from it without any question from his supporters.

You can read the email at the following link. The email was sent the day after Trumps taco salad.

www.factandmyth.com...

But this is Trump supporters, of course most of them will support him no matter what, just as HIllary supporters have her back no matter what. This is unfortunate, but true. However, there are people like me that have criticized things Trump has said, (Liking threatening the freedom of the press or making fun of handicap people) that would not have jumped on Hillary for saying this.

The real story is that had Trump or the RNC made the slurs that were in the DNC leaked emials, the press would have went bananas. It would have been non stop coverage. Heck, look at how much coverage Trumps comment today got compared to how much was actually discussed about the content of the emials. Many outlets were immediately bkaming Russia the day the leaks came out, and barely touched on the content. These aren't supporters (well apparently they are Hillary supporters) but media. That is what is disgusting.

I understand they were upset, but acting like a bunch of punks at the convention is not a good way to conduct yourself. Regardless, Hillary would have won the nomination. She had the most votes.

They were protesting and exercising their right to free speech ... isn't that what you said when they were doing it at Donald Trump rallies?

They are calling it espionage.... that means state secrets.... not yoga lessons and wedding plans....

Makes no sense like everything else lately.

Oh please, American people see right through this fear mongering on the part of Hillary and her camp.

Again, you speak for the American people? Generalize much?

Sound familiar. Do we have a pattern here of negligence when it comes to National Security? Yes, without a doubt!

The DNC would not be a position to handle or email in regards to matters of national security.

The only reason anyone is talking about Russia is to try and scare the people, to fear monger them. It is beyond ludicrous, its stupid bad strategy... mark my words it will bite them hard on their Arse.

Isn't it Trump that's talking about Russia in that case?

Not saying Russia could not pose a real threat, if they have Hillary's emails they could be blackmailing her already. But ISIS is a far greater threat, but the DNC does not even want to use the word.

Russia, ISIS and the DNC...oh my.

And there is the big truth.

If it is espionage, then they either are lying about what they said earlier, or they are admitting there were state secrets in those emails to be hacked by Russia.

Either way, a smart campaign will call them on this.

Today's pre gavel activities included a meeting of the "Ethnic Council".

Wonder what the general topic was ?

Exactly. Lets be honest, many Bernie supporters (not all) were acting out of control for a long time now, and the DNC defended them whole heartedly. It wasn't until the debacle in the Nevada Primary where the DNC started to get a taste of their medicine, and then they screamed foul. Now at the convention this is occurring, and the DNC is upset.

What was it they said when this behaviour was excused at Trump rallies. "Trump is responsible because of his hateful rhetoric". So now couldn't we say the following about the Bernie supporters actions at the convention; "The DNC is responsible because of their hateful rhetoric."

It wasn't a slur. It was in reference to Trumps taco salad.

Why are people attaching a ethnicity to a taco salad? What is racist about a taco bowl?

That is what you really have to ask.

There were emails that stereotyped Hispanic people in the leaked DNC stuff.

Yes, it was free speech. Sometimes people can be jackasses in the process of doing so.

That is incorrect. Those emails referenced Trumps taco bowl stunt the day prior.

Again, where is ethnicity mentioned in the email?

The use of the word taco bowl was not racist and it was indeed in reference to Trump's photo. I suspect it was an in joke between the people emailing.
That said, it does not take much for the media to jump on any association they can with regard to Trump, so I think the reaction is more amusement about the double standard than the words.

Yes, and far far worse. An Immigrant advocacy group is fired up
and calling for resignations over this choice email exposing
the DNC spokesman using disparaging comments about
Hispanics in emails...

I am not referring to the taco bowl.
I am referring to the 'brand specific' emails.

You didn't say the same thing when Bernie supporters were closing down Trump rallies. You defended them.

looks like he is trying to "joke" himself into the whitehouse....instead of "your fired" as his TV tagline...if he gets in the Whitehouse, his tagline will be "just joking"
