I sympathize with Bernie supporters dealing with this loss and having to come to terms with the fact that the two parties have too much say in our presidential elections.

Ironically, however, I am reminded of the time the system was rigged against Hillary, on May 30, 2008:



I already let myself be critical of the GOP, before then. But what the party did to Hillary voters, in 2008, far exceeded the 537 votes the SCOTUS helped determine gave Bush the election of 2000. It exceeds what's in the leaked DNC emails, too (thus far anyway).

That lesson was the first of many over the last eight years. I am glad to be free of partisan politics because it's a world where only half the truth can be recognized.
