Gettysburg (1993) and Andersonville.

I often feel like the angry guy in the clip. Anger because of repetitive deception, manipulation and oppression, or injustice till it reaches a boiling point (and in terms of the movie he finds a brilliant solution to the problem earlier mentioned in the movie about any plan to take on the deceivers and oppressors being discovered before it could be put into action).

Perhaps the most badass modern martial arts flicks:

The Raid: Redemption (2011)

The Raid 2 (2014)

Indonesian martial arts!

Don't know if this Nic Cage movie has been mentioned yet? Kind of appropriate scene, I guess:

I actually really liked Ghost Rider 2. It had a grind house feel to it, IMO.

One of my favorites, a very weird indie film from 2011.

Order of Chaos (2011)

Very awesome original score by a group called Which.

lol, I saw that trailer the other day.
After Filth, McAvoy seems to enjoy playing psychos.
I like a bit of Shyamalan, but I wonder how he's still getting money from Hollywood, and the top actors, after his last 4 or 5 films flopped big time, they must have real faith he'll do another Sixth Sense sooner or later.

I like road trip style movies where the protagonists go in search of meaning and meet all sorts of people along the way.
The best I've seen has to be Into The Wild, a true story, and it really struck a chord with me.

Very Bad Things (1998)

If you play this side by side with The Hangover it's plain as day they carbon copied the beginning (Hangover did).

VBT a way better movie. I never even found Hangover all that funny. It was kind of fun, cool, but FUNNY it was not. My girlfriend and I laughed like three times total (I suppose the expectation of it being FUNNY was part of what ruined it). I'm pretty sure they put something like acid in the popcorn salt to get the endless user reviews of OMG FUNNIEST MOVIE OF ALL TIME nonsense, I just haven't figured out exactly which substance they had used yet...

That may be, i really like Shyamalan's movies though. The pay off when a really good one comes back is worth the wait.
