Solaris (remake) haven't seen the original, this one has an awesome soundtrack

I love the original; it's got a great soundtrack too!

bladerunner, total recall , the sting , the shining , stalker

The Shining and Stalker are perfect movies.
Kubrick and Tarkovsky were the Da Vinci and Michelangelo of filmmaking

I have to add another Kubrick movie, Dr Strangelove... "You can't fight in here men - this is the War Room!"

Inland Empire was a little too much for me. And then there were the deleted scenes, which doubled the length of the movie lol. There are 3 Lynch movies I just can't get into: Eraserhead, Dune and Inland Empire. A little too avante-garde for me.

I think Mullholland Drive...and also the movie it pays homage to is really great, Sunset Boulevard

But the true answer is Cool Runnings...seriously, my all-time favorite.

I like cool runnings as well, i forgot to add Mullholland Drive

Would be fun, but i'd prefer a time travel device!

Ah yes! But now if i could really do that, wow, what a rush. Only problem being, you'd have to sacrifice one great experience only to have one not so great experience occur. Me, i want an actual Time Travel Device. So if there are
any Aliens reading this, PLEASE take me now! This planet is doomed to repeat itself real soon, kabooom. I would much
rather be with them.

Kill Bill!

One of his major influences for the film was They Call Her One Eye (1974), both of which technically being of the (typically Japanese) Pinky Violence (girl revenge) genre.

Another influence for Kill Bill, which will be obvious:
Hanzo the Razor: Sword of Justice (1972)
Hanzo the Razor: The Snare (1973)
Hanzo the Razor: Who's Got the Gold? (1974)

Barbarella (1968)

The original film print they used to transfer the modern 1080p release has to be one of the finest quality old film to digital transfers ever!
