That is also what is being reported on my local NBC station. Also on Microsoft news feed, Reuters had a pic of 3 people dressed as muslims...looked like a stock pic and didn't read the article but was referring to Munich.

I swear to you...if it's claimed to be right wing extremists or German Nationalists, I just don't think I will be able to swallow that. Not after all night and all morning of the media comparison of Trump to Hitler. Just so, so convenient.

I'm aware of that. However, I doubt they would have let that person on air without reasonable belief they had an actual witness. The guy at the restaurant and the guy on the deck seem to be the same guy.

I read somewhere that the way the shooter described himself as German uses the terminology someone who might be german by birth but not ethnically German would use.

That's why I'm not jumping on the right wing political ideology theory. It could definitely be some non political motivation from insanity to a robbery gone wrong too. I still lean toward an Islamic link, but I'm not wedded to that, yet.

I don't know about that. Could be the perpetrators used her pictures to set a honeytrap account (like in catfishing) and she might not really be involved in this. A picture of a cute girl like her would lure in many wouldn't you think.
