Hillary Clinton appears to have seizure on camera

Just came across some videos of this incident and I have no idea what's going on here. Anyone with medical knowledge care to weigh in?

Eta- Toward the end of this "episode" it is kinda weird because her head looks like a booble head (well, even more than....usual) and she doesn't appear to have much control over it.

Yeah she was just joking about something. Didn't pull it off, but politicians aren't actors. Well, only in a few ways.

It's clear shes suffering from the advanced stages of Weakneck disease. Often brought on by acquiring an acute case of spinelessness early in ones career.

As sad as it is there is no known cure.
Pitiful really.
Had she of lived in Canada where we have the Right To Die law, she could of ended everyones suffering peacefully.

Thats 100% not a seizure. Just her being stupid.
