Notice how the DNC shoved all the black and brown people toward the front of the picture just to make the case that they are some how better?

Well the left leaning HuffingtonPost certainly didn't get the memo , when they showed the following example of
workplace diversity.

I wish they would publish the picture of them getting fitted for their burkas instead.

Because you need 4 progressive liberals to do the work of 1 conservative.

Typical pigeon hole group think. Vote with us! We all do it, you have to do it too!
Look how mad people get when they stray outside of the group think. Slammed with racism and hatred. People are threatened by people that think for themselves.

Oh, my. The Ryan pic as a SEA of white. I can SEE why this is not diversity lol

The Democratic Interns a SEA of Brown and Black. How is it diversity when 2/3 of your interns are brown and black when in reality in the United States, 2/3 of Americans are white?

What's wrong with having whites, Asians and Hispanics? That's not diverse?

The Ryan pic is definitely not diverse in any way, shape or form. You should just give up on this particular one.

And the Democratic pic is over-representing of minorities, by a huge margin. 2/3 of Americans are white, but I'd say in the Democratic picture, 2/3 of the interns are non-white. How is the Ryan picture wrong (due to lack of minorities) but the Democratic picture not (due to lack of whites)

Wait, let me guess: You can't be racist against Whites.

Democratic interns

Republican interns

And these guys want us to believe they are for diversity. LOL

Couldn't even be bothered to throw in a token minority, like they usually do.

That looks like far more that 20% black people in that top picture. So following the rules the left has established, that is 100% racist. If you don't have employees matching the percentage of people in the country...it is racist.

I think it's telling of both parties...
Blacks(African Americans for the PC) make up 12% of the population but make up half the interns of the democrats?
Hmmm.
The pendulum swings both way people.
Pretty bad there is no dark person in the Ryan picture however I do see Hispanics and Asians to his defense.
There is s black person on the right side.

That’s your problem you SEE color instead of people.

Whatever happened to being colorblind?

I think both pics are full of people who seek power.

One side takes the best possible candidates and the other side heavily weights the process in the favor of minorities.

Which process would you say is more "fair"?

Your not supposed to think like that out loud. we hire the best than fill in the percentages as they fall. Mostly because some people seem to quit more than others.
