Go figure people. Something that came out of the Department of Justice of all places. That I would agree with. A staffer has apparently stepped in it.

For what prey tell ?

This is what got them it hot water!

Absolutely priceless!

A staffer at the Department of Justice is in hot water after sending a tweet about Melania Trump from the agency’s Twitter account.

DOJ: Staffer's tweet about Melania Trump was 'inappropriate'

It absolutely warms my heart that not everyone that works at the DOJ is bought and paid for.

Ps. This thread is NOT about the speech.

Its about CNN getting called a very nonpolitically correct word.

What say YOU ?

Who cares? Mistakes happen when you run multiple social media accounts on a single phone...

Those damn lefties in the DOJ. Grrrr...

Foolish action for sure, pathetic excuse for why the Tweet was sent out on a DOJ Twitter account, but all Government Depts need to remain neutral.

Edit - Is it Troll or LMAO that is very Un-P.C?

The agency said it has revoked the staffer’s access to all Justice social media accounts.

Oxymoron.

Suddenly no social justice for staffers.

I find it silly to witness how a person practices the same behavior he criticizes.

Looks shopped to me, or at least that's not the format I see on my phone or laptop or tablet as in layout or the color they use.

But again, that may vary.

Was this employee happy or mad that CNN exposed the speech?

I'm confused.

Once it's deleted it no longer shows if it's a retweet. That's a screenshot.

ETA: Also, the colors are even more off in that tweet...on all my screens.

In any case, it's gone. And in any case, weren't they calling CNN's story petty? Calling CNN a troll?

UPDATE: 2:00 p.m. ET Politico reported that they received a statement from the Justice Department, saying that a public affairs staffer posted it on their account when they meant to switch to a personal account. The department also said that they would review their social media policy and implement changes necessary to avoid a recurrence.
