I don't recall anyone condemning Michelle for what she said, other than being proud of her country for the first time in her adult life.

True. What Michelle said was so nice - someone decided to say it twice

:-)

We're talking about how Trump speechwriters plaguerized from Obama speechwriters. Stop talking about Clinton's emails. There's about 50 threads regarding that issue for you to post in. Can you not focus on one topic at a time?

IF we were being intellectually 'honest' here.

The people that have 'problems' with Melanie were never going to vote for Trump to begin with.

Defining what is honest, ethical or moral by whether it garners more votes or not is precisely both the advantage and problem with the Trump campaign and it's supporters. His historic levels of pandering dishonesty earned him the nomination amongst those who stopped caring about truth a long time ago, but it lost him the part of the GOP that has a moral foundation and the left was never his.

The party Establishment did all they could to get him the nomination. Trump's success solely rested on their cooperation in 'treating him unfairly.'

Now that he has the delegates, the party Establishment is openly supporting him and the #NeverTrump's are the rebellious dissenters.

Their 'tizzy fit' was strategic...or it should be assumed that it was and that Trump's victory was the intended outcome.

20 plus pages and she has been tried and found guilty.

SO what should be her punishment?

Was it her intent to plagiarize?

If not, shouldn't she be free?

Similar is very different from identical. The only differences in these two paragraphs are adjectives and adverbs. Identical. Word for word.

Definitely people lets define what is HONEST.

Begin here:

So let me get this straight.

For a group of people that believe my time,my work, my money is their property to do so as they wish.

For the advancement of the COLLECTIVE.

Then turn around and cry 'Property, and Intellectual RIGHTS'.

The epitome of trying to have it both ways.

And end with HYPOCRISY.

Can you imagine the absolute outrage if a Liberal candidate did the same thing as Melania?

Remember when Joe Biden plagiarized a speech while running for president?

Not only that, I remember when Obama plagiarized a speech. And imagine the outrage that followed when a liberal candidate did the same thing as Melania... He was called out and criticized by Hillary Clinton, another liberal. Lol.

How is saying you were raised with good values in speech intellectual property? I understand the argument you are all making but if this was true, there can only be one original idea, then you would not have music.

There are only so many chords. You can only put them together so many ways. It may sound similar but it is not.

Something tells me that she has already exceeded time served. She is married to Donald Trump.

All kidding aside...this is Trump's campaign. No one blames Melania for his dumpster fire.
