I have a question about salmon. Is it better to grill or poach it. I seasoned it with brown sugar and teriyaki sauce. I think I should grill it and baste. Any thoughts? Thank you

a reply to: Quantum12 They are both good, but with brown sugar and teriyaki sauce you will probably want to grill. Yes baste it to keep it moist. And do use a thermometer to see exactly when the fish is cooked to a safe temperature, but not too much over that.

I agree but life moves on. I don't want to be sad over death, let's be happy for life. We know were born and we die. It's sad but we move on to another place. Where? I don't know but our soul knows. So me I celebrate the life of a person and you should too! Just how I feel.

You can't love and live in a sad world.

Wanted to express my condolences to all of you who lost a friend today. I didn't know them but I can see most of you were close. May they RiP.
