Security Expert Discusses The Reality Behind Hillary's Emails

I think the average person in the USA does not quite understand the scope of what Hillary Clinton's email scandal really means. Employee's and elected officials of the federal government are not just aware of the security procedures and laws, but they are rigorously trained and informed on the protocols used. Electronic security is not just a fly by the seat of your pants operation. This is a massive undertaking that is taken very seriously. The people deemed worthy of these security clearances are very well aware of not just the protocol, but also of the ramifications of breaking the procedures when handling sensitive information. One hiccup in someone's behavior, intentional or not, results in severe penalties, with security clearance being suspended immediately once a breach is discovered. The final penalty for mishandling classified material can be life changing. People are stripped of clearance, lose their positions, and face jail time and monetary penalties on a regular basis. Even one breach can can be a life changing event for someone with this type of clearance.

Based on all of the information available, we can come to many conclusions.
1. HRC knew exactly what she was doing. It was very intentional. There is no possible way that she does not understand exactly what the process is.
2. She knowingly lied, and continues to lie about the entire "scandal.:
3. Everyone around her also knew very well what was going on. Anyone receiving information from her is also complicit if they did not report her.
4. The use of her multiple private servers shows that she has other motives. This is treason and corruption at the highest level.
5. The fact that she is facing no penalty and is being endorsed by half of our "elected" representatives shows that the entire system is above the law.

If you support Hillary, watch the video. I think that it is our duty as citizens to understand exactly what happened. The fact that the highest levels of government allow this to go on unchecked shows that we are truly living under a tyrannical government. This information can cost lives. This information is protected with the lives of our military men and women. Remove yourself from partisan left/right thoughts, and really look at what happened here. The audacity of our so called leaders is appalling. They parade this around and do as they please, and people still just read the headlines and call it a Republican witch hunt. Somehow, people still fail to see what a massive ordeal this is. The people at the top are too big to jail, and too big to fail. Vote for whoever you want, or don't vote at all. Just understand that a vote for Hillary is a vote for tyranny. A vote for Hillary is a vote against the people of this country, and against the men and women that are and will be/are risking their lives for the rest of us.

This is the largest travesty of justice we have probably seen in our lifetimes.

Who needs to hear from a Security Expert? Perception is 9/10ths of the law with this administration.
She didn't MEAN to jeopardize National security, TOP SECRET intelligence data and human assets...so it's O.K.

I have a degree in information security hillary should be in jail if not then her security clearance should be revoked. This isnt some right wing conspiracy ask any information security professional 9 out of ten will say she should be in jail. The other 1 percent will tell you about mens rea being a factor in this case. However mens rea is often thrown out in cases like these.

No, She didn't get charged because She should've been in prison for losing $6B when She was the Head of State, so in this instance claiming "King's X" actually works.. Any prosecution would've been 'fruits of the poisonous tree'.

When I worked in the office in The State of Ca. I'd make sure I deleted ALL correspondence and the porn before leaving the next day. Prior to logging in the Gov't. goes over what the protocols are so Her claiming "I didn't know" doesn't cut it. Anyone else and We'd be washing funda-wear in Leavenworth but We aren't member of The Clinton Cabal.

I can actually see/her Her yelling "KING'S EX!!!!" What happened to Her hubby? oh wait... I'll stop now or end up on the Clinton Hit List and end up committing suicide by shooting Myself 3x.

The biggest issue in my mind is that they don`t know if her server was hacked or not,do we really want to elect a president who has left themselves and the country open to blackmail by whoever may have hacked the server.is it worth gambling and taking the risk that the server wasn`t hacked? In my mind it isn`t worth it when the consequences could be devastating to the country if we are wrong.

Just another right wing conspiracy right? Tyranny by Hillary, yes. If you do not see her for who she really is, then you have much larger problems that I cannot help you with.

The only questions left are,
Are there any secrets left that any foreign power does not already have because of her?

What is her payday?

First female POTUS at all costs?

Was she put into that position by the Obama administration so that his handlers could be sure to be her handlers when her turn at the plate came up?

Remember no security oversight chief at the State Dept was assigned the entire time she was there, that was outside of her sphere of powers, it was imposed upon her department. It was historical in that it never happened before. Only Obama could make that happen. With security oversight she would not have been able to operate unsecure.

Now she is compromised, no telling what she allowed herself to become vulnerable to blackmail for in pursuit of power.

Remember, she could have refused to execute her office until oversight was in place. Any sane politician would demand it to cover their butts. But she didn't.

Actually I think we do know that her server was hacked by Guccifer. The day after the NATO Poland meeting comey announced that guccifer got nothing- never hacked hills server. A day or two after the NATO summit Putin referred to a telephone conference he had with Obama during Obama's time at the NATO summit. Shortly after that putin and the Russian government released information about trade deals they are setting up with other governments for example Italy - aren't there active sanctions- have we stopped enforcing them? Also, very recently kerry had a meeting in Moscow with Vladimir Putin during which it was agreed that the American efforts in Syria would now be in line with Russia's agenda. The question I'm asking myself is how much did obama's administration have to agree to give the Russians in order to keep the information they got from Hillary from being released. Additionally, I suspect that the instability in Turkey has something to do with our new relationship with Russia.

If Hillary's server were not hacked then what leverage is Russia using?

Presidential candidates aren't required to have any security clearance, nor are they require dot have one if they win the election in order to be president. I agree that this "it was before, but we didn't do anything... so let's continue to do nothing" idea is ridiculous, but worrying about her security clearance won't get you anywhere.

As many others have stated, the Clinton Foundation is where the real scandal is, although the wide open server means that she's eligible for blackmailing by the entire freekin' planet.

See charlesortel.com for far more on the Foundation. 100 billion dollars are unaccounted for and have not been used for charity, nor was the CF ever set up as a legal charity in the States or in all the foreign countries it solicits in.

There was a BIG clue as to what's going on behind the scenes in the last few minutes of Comey's appearance before Congress. He was very quick to answer that he wasn't going to say anything about the Clinton Foundation and his answers were very short and curt, rather than the time wasting legal drivel he was utilizing before.

The thing that's really itching my butt about all this is where the server came from.

Didn't she say Bill already had a server, so why not throw her email on it too?
She might be taking the brunt of this because his uses were far more nefarious, and keeping the spot light on her keeps it off of him. The investigators are scratching close to home, and if they strike a nerve they'll stumble into a whole building with closets full of skeletons... Implicating everyone, all the way to the top.
the Clintons are too dirty of an infection, with roots going deep into all governments.

Had you listened you would know this guy is an expert and knows what he's talking about. Tyranny? What government position has Trump held? What position did Hillary hold while leaking sensitive information quite possibly in exchange for donations to the Clinton foundation.

Security is the concern of the low to mid level worker, not the high level executive.

Anyways, let me put a theory forward for you. Espionage is used extensively in order to create a global system of checks and balances. Espionage gives nations assurances that one nation will act according to a treaty, or is acting in good faith during negotiations. Let me put forward the idea that Hillary's server was created as a weak point in our security, specifically so that information could be seeded there for other nations to pick up on.

If your security system is secure, no one can verify you're doing what you say you'll do, and therefore you introduce an aspect of insecurity. The best security involves some low hanging fruit of actual value to keep people busy.

If this is accurate, it would explain why Hillary isn't being punished. It would have been designed that way, and it's not the sort of thing anyone would be able to admit to.

Interesting theory for sure, I like the outside the box thinking. I tend to think that it was used so that she can do her personal business using our government resources for her personal gain without any oversight. I doubt we will ever know honestly. Either way we are all about to suffer hard when she gets into office. It's gonna be Hillary Merkel I think.
