We don't know that yet, the officer hasn't searched him.

I could use white stick figures, but they would not show up on a white background. I just used the default color in windows paint.

I agree over simplified and doesn't represent all situations but you gotta agree running from the cops is possibly the worst possible thing you could do with an authority figure with a gun. Also, very much an admission of guilt

Well, you have the best chance to survive these days. If you run at them you get shot, if you stay put you get shot, if you run away unarmed, there is a slight chance they won`t shoot you in the back or that they`ll miss....and percentage increases the further you get

Which one? What do you mean?

arguing with the police is just dumb,if they think you did something illegal you aren`t going to be able to stop them from arresting you.
save your arguments and explainations for the court the judge is the only one that you need to convince that you are innocent, he`s the only one that can set you free.

This immediate gratification generation doesn`t have the patience to wait to get to court they think that they can settle their innocence or guilt immediately by arguing with the police,it ain`t gonna happen.
