Hmmm ... so ... do you think that this bereaved mother's speech is going to convince any of the Convention attendees not to vote for Clinton then?

It's pandering emotionalism. I am saddened for the mother's loss. I am repulsed seeing that young man's life used as a political pawn.

It's a shame I have not seen you expressing such sadness and repulsion at Clinton using that mans life for political purposes.

How's it BS when you are asking for justice?!

Whats wrong with you? How far will you go to justify that bloody criminal?! It's sickening

Justice is not the same as political pandering using the loss of an American's life.

... I can't believe what I am watching.

Ya, it's pretty sad. I feel for the woman, but her delivery was #ty and to use her as a political tool, as well as her son's death, is pretty low.

Even more so considering the Benghazi committee cleared Hillary of any wrongdoing.

Your comment is truly awful. Sometimes you just have to accept a truth and stay silent if you have nothing good to say.

You don't find it awful that the GOP is using her agony as a political tool?

I imagine she wants her voice heard.

I'd listen to her. I'd cry with her. I've lost a loved one to war and violence.

What I would not do is let it be used for political theater.

If she didn't want justice for her son she wouldn't be on that stage.

You can tell that democrats are in a panic over that, but even I did not expect such a disgusting response. The truth hurts.

Now all these cool speakers but the Hall in near empty. I guess it's more fun to go out and get drunk than support
the folks supporting Donald.

Watching Fox...

After that you can only come up with a comment like this.
Pathetic.

Actually, that mother should be ashamed of herself. She let herself be used as a political tool and used her son's death was the means to do it. She made certain pauses after key statements waiting for crowd approval.

Quite sad.

Shame on you.

Shame on you for cheering a political party and a mother that will let herself use the memory of her son to play politics.

It's bull#.

That's ok, I'm sure hillary won't even mention Benghazi at her convention.

Just that it's " time to move on together, arm and arm into the future!!"

Clinton relies on the truth being hidden. Tonight it wasn't.
It's a simple as that.
To call the mother a disgrace is the lowest thing i have seen on ATS.
Sometimes you can cross the line in support of your candidate. You crossed it.

I don't support Hillary. What I do support is upholding the honor of men that served for the betterment of our country.

His memory was used to play politics. I suppose it's ok if it's for the right party, huh?

What would you say if this was done at the DNC convention? I'd still be pissed.

If she wasn't playing a part in the political propaganda they are spreading, she wouldn't have been on that stage either.

Edit: How does she get justice for her son's death at the GOP convention? Think about that.

Mother of American killed in attack rips into Clinton

www.cnn.com...

Those people in Benghazi were adults. Any nation that is predominantly Islamic you are at risk. I wouldn't even serve in a diplomatic position if called for any amount of money, and certainly not a country like Libya.

Wasn't Clinton's fault, those men chose to remain on their jobs. They had the ability, right, and privelege to obtain other employment.

He's dead BECAUSE OF HILLARY CLINTON?!

What the hell are you taking about? His memory would be ruined if his mother did not seek justice for those responsible!

Do you understand that?!

What justice will she get from talking at the GOP convention? Add to that the fact that the Benghazi investigation cleared Hillary from any wrongdoing, it seems to be clear the she was used as a tool of propaganda.

That is a kick in the balls to her son's memory and service.

You are kidding right? Hillary uses the whole gender of women as a political tool. "There's a special place in hell for women who don't vote for Hillary".

Under Obama.

Benghazi

Fort Hood,

San Bernadino.

Boston,

Orlando.

So what the hell ever.

Yeah, if only Obama had "kept us safe" like Bush. What is the definition of safe anyway? Anything less than 5000 American civilian casualties... or is it 5 skyscrapers or less?

This country, and the WORLD has been on fire for the last eight years.

Terrorist attacks in the streets of this country,

Cops getting shot down in the streets of this country,

The middle is has devolved in to full blown civil wars.

Terrorist attacks in France, and other western states.

Turkey false flags by ISIS supporters.

Really, the world was at peace before Obama took office? How about the 3000 Americans that plummeted and burned to their death on 9/11 while Bush was busy reading a children's book. Or the 150,000 people that would disagree with you, if we hadn't murdered them in a war that we were INTENTIONALLY lied to by the Bush admin for support.

But tell me again about the good peaceful days before Obama....
