Well, I would introduce yourself, some details.

Give details about your website and tell them how you want to use/publish the information received...

I would say your age, you should disclose that. They might find that a good media moment.

Considering that was the look her and her sister were going for (Glam Rock) I think she would agree with me.

But true, let's focus on the mission at hand, interviewing someone regarding takeoffs. Just as a personal note, I like the takeoff portion of flying the most, landing in a crosswind is my main concern.
