We already have everything we need right here...

Besides that we already parked our sub in a mall... works great there too!

None of that it's fine as it is.

The only thing that makes them different is the Products, Government, and Flags.

What? Have you never met an actual Canadian or something? The differences are stark, just in manners & common courtesy alone.

They make fabulous neighbors, but I wouldn't want to saddle them with America any more than they already are by proximity. We're ultimately like the trailer trash neighbors no one wants. Now let 'em move in with you. That's about the cruelest thing you can do to people from a country where the most offensive thing going on is a debate over who should enter the door first

Canada doesnt want the US.....lol....Canada doesnt need the US because Canada is protected by the single greatest military power on this planet.

ET.....wears skivvies with a maple leaf in the front....and thats why the US didnt run right over Canada long long ago.Uncle Sam is scared as hades of the "Canadian Shield".....lol.

Canada can have Fargo Minnesota and the entire U.P. of Michigan because they are regionally the same as Canadians. Perhaps even people (like myself) that grew up on Canadian TV along the border could be more or less like the Canadians and be part of the Great White North. I like the beer, hockey and maple syrup, eh? I go on Holiday, eat past-ta, and am extremely polite. Plus we share the Great Lakes, damn, I'm practically a Canuk already.

ETA: I love the movie Canadian Bacon starring John Candy, among other Canadians, that portrays a false false U.S. war against Canada. Gotta love that one.
