I highly doubt the CF is exposed. Like Comey stated, have to have intent. Ok, Bill and Hillary both lawyers, both have a staff of expert lawyers. She might play dumb but she is highly intelligent in dealing with legal issues. All this CF crap was done with NO RECORDS. Quid pro quo behind closed doors. Donate X and I will make Y happen. It's like one of those connect the dots pictures. You can see the numbers and know what it is but you have to draw the lines. There are no lines. It will take assumption and Comey said they don't do assumptions. Have to have the lines. Good luck!

I wonder if the FBI found something incriminating in the emails that Hillary tried to delete. Comey did say that they were able to recover some of them. That is how they found the thousands of work emails that she failed to turn in.

It has been mentioned by various experts that in an FBI investigation, they can only investigate additional charges if the evidence is revealed in the course of their original investigation.

I have not heard if someone specifically requested investigation of the CF, but if it was not requested, then the FBI might already have evidence that prompted the investigation.

There was a reason she hid her emails, so there just might be a trail in there.

It's true that these Judicial Watch lawsuits may reveal some useful information.

But noting that as far as I know they do not seek money from the lawsuits.
They just seek justice for Americans.
They are funded by grants from foundations.

They are a Conservative hit group paid for by Conservative foundations. Out of about 1000 of these things, one has targeted a Republican. Although that would change with Trump in office because the Conservatives hate him so they would hit him on a regular bases.

The Hillary lawyer team filed a huge response to get her off of this.

They are scared of the very thought !!!!

Clinton legal team moves to block deposition in email lawsuit

Lawyers for Hillary Clinton are going to federal court for the first time to block efforts to force her to testify in a civil lawsuit related to her private email set-up.

Clinton's attorneys submitted a legal filing Tuesday morning in a bid to shut down a conservative group's request for an order forcing her to submit to a deposition in the midst of her presidential campaign.

Clinton’s legal team said her testimony was unnecessary and superfluous in light of her questioning before the House Benghazi Committee last October and several State Department inquiries into the issue.

By not recommending indictment, the FBI has opened up a treasure chest of public information.

All the lies would have continued to be suppressed instead of proven.

Hillary gets the blame 100% now and the voters know it, and will think hard before clicking on her name this November.

You are correct, there are links between some of her deleted emails and the Clinton Foundation. A couple of them are extremely damming to her and many other people within government. Ask questions.. Tug on as many threads as you can to unweave this web of lies and secrecy I implore you. Draw attention to her foundation, so others start asking questions as well.. The weapons to put this witch away culminates within that Foundation.. This corruption needs to stop
