Do we even have any proof the people tweeting and posting on Facebook were NRA members. This is crap journalism. Facebook and Twitter are not real sources.

you will love this video!

www.youtube.com...

but again i invite you to do a poll of your own. im sure you know plenty of willing participants. just get a little box and leave it for some of your fellow members to anonymously post their feelings towards people of different ethnicities then post your findings here.

should be a fun experiment dont you think?

Illegal alien isn't a race.

So again, where is the proof that these guys are racist?

You're literally throwing crap at the wall to see which turd sticks.

As a supporter of the 2nd amendment, I despise the NRA. They do not represent the people. They use their money, and the money they take from corporations/manufactures, to lobby our government in the best interests of the big money donors.

The average, little-man NRA member is a fool for being a member.

They do not represent or take donations from manufacturers.

This is not to say that manufacturers aren't event sponsors.

That said, the NSSF is the lobbying organization for the industry.

So create a thread admonishing the NRA, and using its members as proof!

In what world does that make sense ?

You don't like the NRA but here are it's members agreeing with what I think!

Totally trying to have it both ways.

You do know that anyone can pretend to support anything on the internets right? I count 6 there (out of millions), with no way to know their intentions or affiliation.

Probably the NRA isn't saying anything because they are waiting for all the facts of the case?

There's been some disturbing revelations on this case since the shooting took place.

"Disturbing revelations"

Like what, an arrest record that the LEO didn't even know about when he approached the scene?

You have nothing but accusations.

Based on nothing at all.

Then you try to appeal to my Hispanicness by presenting a video of an NRA member who is against illegal immigrants, which just tells me you think all Hispanic people have to think the same.

Guess what, I'm against illegal immigrants. ESPECIALLY FROM MEXICO as they tend to bring the most problems with them.

So hang on really quick... Do you see the gun being oriented like this on his lap?

You wouldn't be able to see the ejection port, on the wrong side. Glad I had one handy.

That bottom arrow was pointing to the rear sight right?

I was looking at it as if it was port side up. I do know the video appears to be swapped, showing him in the passenger side.

Will just point out the first person in the screen caps has a great comment.

"When rights are violated."

Not "when rights might have been, but may not have been, we're not sure yet because information is sorely lacking at this point in time."

I generally don't give much of a damn about the NRA. Don't feel one way or the other about them. But I know I would have an opinion on them if their MO was to tee off on something with very little information at hand.

Ever heard of the Ring of Freedom program?

But around 2005, the group began systematically reaching out to its richest members for bigger checks through its "Ring of Freedom" program, which also sought to corral corporate donors. Between then and 2011, the Violence Policy Center estimates that the firearms industry donated as much as $38.9 million to the NRA's coffers. The givers include 22 different gun makers, including famous names like Smith & Wesson, Beretta USA, SIGARMS, and Sturm, Ruger & Co. that also manufacture so-called assault weapons.

www.theatlantic.com...

The NRA is a political organization, not a 2nd amendment rights group.
