The Israelite School of Universal Practical Knowledge (ISUPK). They seem to share many of the same violent ideas as the Black Panther's from the late sixties. I'm no expert and intend to do more research, but that is my preliminary observation.

Now, there was a thread that featured the ISUPK back in 2013, but I believe this group should be watched more closely as they may be responsible for some of the violence we have seen today, particularly the shooting in TN.

www.cbsnews.com...

"BRISTOL, Tenn. - The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has released the name of the suspect behind Thursday morning's random shooting in Bristol, TN that claimed the life of an area newspaper carrier and injured three others, including a local police officer.

The TBI says 37-year-old Lakeem Keon Scott was armed with at least two weapons, an automatic-style rifle, a pistol and a large amount of ammunition, reports CBS statation WJHL in Tennessee."

So I did a FB search on Lakeem Keon Scott and found he has some interesting friends, one in particular calls himself General Qanah Yaahla and is live streaming calls to arms and threats of violence. (Yes I have notified authorities) He states that they intend to go to the Governors mansion in MN today in response to a shooting of two small children that took place earlier today.

www.startribune.com...

Of course this connection between Lakeem Scott and the ISUPK has not been made in the news, and will likely not be made public. I can only hope the police or FBI has at least considered it.

You can find more information at their website: www.1west.org...

I think the ISUPK is infiltrating the BLM group as a way to have access to opportunities to commit violent acts.

From Wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org...

*******************************************************************
Israelite School of Universal Practical Knowledge (ISUPK) is a non-profit organization based in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, United States. The group is part of the Hebrew Israelism movement,[1] which regards American blacks as descendants of the Twelve Tribes of Israel.[2] The Southern Poverty Law Center has designated the ISUPK a hate group, citing its "extremist" ideology and black supremacist rhetoric.[1]

ISUPK has demonstrated many times at the corner of Seventh and H streets in Washington, D.C., since 2004,[3] but residents complain that the group amplifies its open-air preaching to more than 90 decibels and that its message is offensive.[4] Some homeowners say the group accuses white and gay people of destroying historically black neighborhoods, and at least one resident has complained of being called "cracker, slave owner, [and] white devil," but they reiterate that volume, rather than the group's speech content, is the problem.[5]

ISUPK and other groups' volume prompted Washington's municipal government to consider an ordinance to "resolve the issue."[6] The measure would have limited the volume of daytime noncommercial speech to 70 decibels, but it died because of free-speech concerns.[7] ISUPK's regional director, General Yahanna, defended the group, saying residents' real issue was not sound, but the group's message.[6] The group identifies its message as saving local residents' souls and discouraging people from drugs and crime; it regards its separatist teachings as the real objection residents have.
*****************************************************************

I don't want to spread their ideology. Frankly I get a little weirded out researching some topics.

That's all I've got. Thank you.

Pretty sure BLM is the new Black Panthers. Then again these people are probably a part of BLM.

Oh, this group ... I think you can find YouTube content from them pretty easily. They believe or teach that black people were put into bondage for 400 years like the Isrealites and that God will bring them out of that bondage soon. If you ever catch any of their commentary in any religious forum or on another religious YouTube channel, it's pretty obvious.

God will save all true Christians by allowing the black and brown peoples of the world to break their bondage in a genocidal manner. Peace and love for everyone ... unless you have the wrong skin color.

Occam, I have to respectfully agree and disagree. I think there*are* genuinely people that have only peaceful intent. I would like to see them call for an end to violence and denounce the shooters more effectively and *repeatedly*. I had hopes by trying to determine if the ISUPK was responsible for the violence that it would exonerate the peaceful BLM members. I think the ISUPK is muddying the waters and bringing the cause down and the best thing they cold do would be to perhaps label the group publicly to separate themselves from the violence. That is, if Peace IS their true intent.

According to my research, early renditions of the Black Panthers had a peaceful motive as well, but due to fundamental differences split.

Wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org...

The Black Panther Party or BPP (originally the Black Panther Party for Self-Defense) was a revolutionary black nationalist and socialist organization[1][2] active in the United States from 1966 until 1982, with its only international chapter operating in Algeria from 1969 until 1972.[3]

At its inception on October 15,[4] 1966, the Black Panther Party's core practice was its armed citizens' patrols to monitor the behavior of police officers and challenge police brutality in Oakland, California. In 1969, community social programs became a core activity of party members.[5]

The Black Panther Party instituted a variety of community social programs, most extensively the Free Breakfast for Children Programs, and community health clinics.[6][7][8]

Significant disagreements among the Party's leaders over how to confront ideological differences led to a split within the party. Certain members felt the Black Panthers should participate in local government and social services, while others encouraged constant conflict with the police. For some of the Party's supporters, the separations among political action, criminal activity, social services, access to power, and grass-roots identity became confusing and contradictory as the Panthers' political momentum was bogged down in the criminal justice system. These (and other) disagreements led to a split.

Some Panther leaders, such as Huey Newton and David Hilliard, favored a focus on community service coupled with self-defense; others, such as Eldridge Cleaver, embraced a more confrontational strategy. Eldridge Cleaver deepened the schism in the party when he publicly criticized the Party for adopting a "reformist" rather than "revolutionary" agenda and called for Hilliard's removal. Cleaver was expelled from the Central Committee but went on to lead a splinter group, the Black Liberation Army, which had previously existed as an underground paramilitary wing of the Party.[117]

The split turned violent, as the Newton and Cleaver factions carried out retaliatory assassinations of each other's members, resulting in the deaths of four people.[110]

I think this is history repeating itself.

Thank you for your reply.

Black Panthers is power to the people... meaning all people, that demand equality and it was and likely still is against establishment that does not benefit people regardless of race and national origin, there were also the grey panthers for senior citizens etc.

Ignorance likes to place it on the same level as the KKK which is only inclusive to caucasion peoples prefeably non jewish etc.

So not the same thing, it's not a racist movement never was... but got deemed as such via the number of people labeled "minorities" were fighting and still are fighting for basic human rights and equality, including women incase anyone hasnt noticed.

So is it stirring up any kettle other than hey isnt it about time people no matter what get a chance? As thats what this country is concidered wholly founded on called the US of A.

This isnt brain surgery going on here... some entrenched people in power want to descriminate and keep others from succeeding and it has been that way for a very very long time.

Its ignorant and has no place in secular society or public to be running around preaching hate... if you hate people based on nothing but the oppression that has painted people such and such away take a look in the mirror to see where that hate and pain has come from... if someone says oh that side of town, thats the only place or side of town people have not had opportunity to be treated as equal.

It's a systematic sickness, and well it needs healing from the entire community no matter what side of the tracks... up town, downtown, around town and in the sticks that refuses to offer equal treatment for people that allows people equal opportunity.

Using wealth power and influence to condemn people based on hate and perpetuating stereotypical ignorance is not a pathway to the future... it is a rinse repeat of garbage weve already been through.

This ghost of the past has only risen because people want to not solve it... the solution is entirely of course. Equality, equal opportunity as all of our documents garuntee.

So hey weve been repeating the vietnam war era 1960's with this war business in the middle east for a long time now... can no one see the bad repetition? We need to work out a pathway to peace, and finally put the bigotry out of secular society no matter what separatist ideology wants to claim ouch my feelings...

It appears those wanting to enflame things burn torches don masks and everything else in separation are at it again... at least 4 spanking new threads to spark tension calling specific people out.

Melting pot... it does work if people give people a chance and stop bubbling cauldrons and going on witch hunts.

Thank you Darkness for your very thoughtful reply. It does feel a bit like this is being perpetuated to keep us occupied or distracted. I do feel like the media is used to divide us and perpetuate all of this. I would very much like to be a journalist, but I don't care for mainstream media. I am happy to have found ATS. I would also accept any recommendations for some more reliable sources. I am taking a research class now that relies PURELY on scholarly and peer reviewed resources.

Thank you

These two guys seem to be a part of what you are talking about at least judging by some of the commentary underneath.

Hope that's legible.

Occasionally, you seem this same stuff crop up in other religious commentary threads. It sounds a lot like the same kind of thing you are mentioning. If so, I think some of the other commentors were asking where in Chicago these two were located.

This indicates that if this is the same thing, it's a wider spread theology than just Tennessee.

Yeah, except I draw the line when some of those who are fighting for equality tell me that they can't be equal to me and that I'm oppressive simply because of my skin color. There is only one way for them to rectify that and it doesn't turn out well for me and I'm not simply talking about having everything I've ever worked hard for taken which is bad enough.

Look who joined the party: (THIS IS FROM MARCH 2015)

"New Black Panther Party wants to ‘arm every US black male’ "

www.rt.com...

Around 40 New Black Panther Party members took to the streets of Austin, Texas to condemn recent killings of black civilians. Armed with high caliber weapons, they said they aimed to patrol their own communities and encourage the taking up of arms. Tags Arms, Protest, USA, Security The protest in the state capital of Texas on Monday coincided with the SXSW (South by Southwest) festival, which celebrates music and film. However the heavily-armed New Black Panther members, who were carrying Kalashnikov rifles and AR-15’s caught the attention of many, as they chanted songs in their display of force. Showing off their weapons was not the main reason for them marching along the streets. The movement was protesting the deaths of a number of unarmed black people, such as teenager Michael Brown and Eric Garner, whom they believe were the results of police brutality. “We are here to show support for the families and the victims who got murdered throughout the United States,” said New Black Panther Party member, Darren X, who was speaking to Ruptly video news agency. The deaths of Brown and Garner caused mass protests across the US, while the fact that no police officer was charged in either instance has only increased the feeling amongst the black community that they are being victimized. Now Darren X says he wants black people to start feeling safe again when they walk along America’s streets. “Our initiative is for black men and women to start arming themselves and for us to start patrolling our own communities. That way we have a visual, we have an eye on what is going on in our neighborhoods. So our mission is to arm every black man that can legally be armed throughout the Unites States of America,” he said. Another member of the New Black Panther Party, Erick Khafre says the group is not looking to be violent and there only interest is to try and protect their rights. “We’re interested in educating people about their rights and defending their community,” Khafre said, according to the Dallas Morning News. “We stand in solidarity with all people who are marching and who are patrolling against police terrorism in national and international communities,” he added. The New Black Panther Party is a black political organization that is not an official successor of the socialist Black Panther Party that was active in the 60-early 80s. In November, two New Black Panther Party members were charged in Ferguson by police on suspicion they were going to set off pipe bombs in the area. Brandon Orlando Baldwin and Olajuwon Davis were also indicted on charges of buying two pistols from a firearms dealer under false pretenses.

Yeah like the guy who shot the 10 cops and murdered 5 of them that was a witch hunt. Not one of those Policemen shot a black guy in their line of duty. They never had a chance shot in the back. that man went on a witch hunt to kill white police officers and that's the skinny of it.

A good journalist looks for the facts that run under the framework... keep your subject but look for the words that mean the same thing... like blanket, cover, duvet, bedspread etc seem different but are all basically a rectangular square of material and well that can also be a table cloth, a car cover, a cape well you get the idea.. still a rectangular cloth as the object and well that single object covers so many things, route out that thing and any number of subjects will fall onto that hanger.

Of course good journalism requires an even greater sense of investigation... so like in public speaking youre going to do better with topics you really enjoy, and then dig deep and spread out from there... chasing public sentiment is what populist politicians looking to pander and what stock market anyalists do... never chase public sentiment because the public already knows about it. There are curcular trends that arise and pass come and go on that very rectangular cloth mentioned and well, that's the magic carpet ride seeing the very object that all the framework rests on that makes boy meets girl boy loses girl boy gets girl back look like an infinite amount of stories when that frame work is just a trope.

Inequality has more to do with just people maths are also involved... see how that works?

A stitch in time saves nine... which means the systematic abuse that everyone has been protesting against could have prevented the extra stitches of this wound to society.

Reform is something that has been needed for a long time... crumbling infrastructure, crumbling consititution(s) of the land and people, and ideologies focused on other shores in domination and take over instead of peace and fair trade. Moralists pretending people are divine and not a human animal whipping society to a mold instead of making a place for what goes on anyway instead of taxation and districts for such like many european countries do... not doing such of course creates the whole R.I.C.O. on both sides of the fence and is what has led us into all of this mess...

So, that whole moral pander of the populist voting just to preserve and protect whatever way of life doesnt offer growth just control, it cuts entire forests down and says none can exist in a perfect world... well perfect doesnt exist beyond that singluar moment it seems to occur in and recreate it as much as one wants it will just be a facimile of the origional, so of course when these things or cycles of peoples idea of perfect seem to start reoccuring it drives markets, beats war drums, etc al.

So, some have learned this very well and use it to their advantage and try to covet such and leave others or everyone else at a disadvantage... you know that whole trending deal? People that use such say; well this usually follows that and well many are trying to paint Obama as Carter and hop right on into Nixon where it was hunker down you dirty dogs every one is going to get a big police state right up the wazoo as we close borders and Brexit too... the pander thinks it can hold corporations hostage behind those borders, when they control the worlds food supply etc.

Of course large conglomerates own it all... so of course this can be used as a pathway to world peace, yet people are pissed off from inherited hate and still angry about wars they never even fought in. Of course thats leaving out the woo of past lies of maybe they did and just are only subconsiously aware thats pulling the string or trigger for that compounded hate they feel... this is ATS afterall but woo aside... thats the cyclic nature of things.

The solution is obviously? Break the cycle that keeps such things in that cycle... we are all codependent world wide as humanity... we have friends and families all across borders and truely are a singular world but many dont act like it... it's still 10 acres and a mule... and ignoring that thats several city blocks and having an ass for ones own head.

Of course corporate dependence is something people need to ease off of, but lobbies are used to try to cut competition and when a business rises to a certian height? The conglomerate slides in and ca chunk buys them out and it becomes this huge mass of nothing changes... fortunately some are seeing that all of that is non sustainable, and the effects it has on people from all walks of life and work to change that and want to equalize it... in fact Mark Zuckerberg has a foundation for such mass trillion/billionares etc to agree to level the playing field out and theres quite a few on the list including Bill Gates.

But of course thats looking at the global perspective and we know this stuff is not sustainable the other direction... so people stuck in my woo is better than your woo for 1000s of years, people holding hate for 100s from past wars, etc. are in a sense holding the entire world back... of course there are some entities that abuse cycles and try to drag them out for maximum profit over and over and it's what has caused such tension in society.

It's the ideologies and the ones that want to rule the public are not supposed too when it is concidered secular which means have all the woo and hate you want but keep it out of the public and businesses that serve the public...

In the end we are all people, and dividing them up in this that or the other has done us the worst non favor we ever could have done for ourselves... every single last person has all the potiential for all the best one could ever hope or all the worst one could ever dread... blank slates on birth, so it's the conditions and encouragment and opportunity that makes that divide... so inequality is what keeps this whole cycle of nonsense going.

The war total could have ended world hunger, and homelessness... instead it has increased it. So what has it done other than destabilize things? Thats called eating people out of house and home... why, well greed and hate and perpetuating ignorance of course... thats a 3 course meal that feeds nothing but itself in a constant perpetuation, until each person individually has a change of heart and says I'm not going to sit and eat at this table any longer... its sick and its wrong.

But anywhoo thats the way things are, diplomacy could change it make peace heal wounds but when opposite has a going rate? The growth rate stunts in all the worlds potiential.

Thats just people attached to labels... no one bought an ethnicity off the rack and wear it around, so one might as well stop parading it around like it's anything to be proud about... it's skin thats all it is, the label is a divide... it's like a brand and that brand can be one of slavery or freedom. We need to stop branding each other with such ignorance... we are all people.

That's all well and good; I would tend to agree. This is the color blind philosophy in a nutshell, but today, color blind philosophy is racist and microaggressive. If no one has told you that, you will soon be hearing from them.

Color blind takes an individual effort, many people may agree a piece of art is a master piece but when asked why? Most will have a different answer, even to what is and isnt art even if it is art.

So whether someone not myself, wants to argue about what I see... I'll have to inquire when exactly my eyes were donated to another not myself. That seeing can come by way of mouth obviously, I was infected with that disease at one time, but took the effort to remove that wax that infected my eyes via the ear canal.
