I left you alone to say goodbye one last time,
You wanted me gone for so long now I left.

I met someone new and it was not you,
So your sad for the true love we had.

You washed our love away under sky's of grey.
For you I moved the earth and seas.

You took my love and gave me pain,
Now I am back in the game.

Now I am gone and you want me,
I knew one day you would see.

It's me who is gone now,
I do miss the way I Loved and cared for you.

Now I say goodbye, don't follow...💘

I love the poem.. and the picture. I was looking at using that picture myself for a poem I recently started. Says a lot and sets the mood of the poem real well.

Thank you Blend, true poem. She wanted me gone so I left to set her free and now she wants the dream I cannot give her anymore.

I said goodbye. I saw the photo on Google images and it was perfect!
