I don't know if this is a Freudian slip, but could aliens be behind globalization and the enslavement of the human race? Maybe they are trying to get everyone ready for disclosure and pull back the veil on who is actually in control

No matter the truth behind, intentional or unintentional it's highly suspicious behavior by a official. Whatever turns to be behind it would be interesting indeed. I exclude mundane reasons totally. Yet only Junker might gives us the answer we want.
