The Beauty Pageant Scandals
Where and when: Various, 1992-present
The dirt: The Boston Globe’s Matt Viser reports on the mess of the American Dream pageant in 1992. After years of attending beauty pageants—Trump seems to have always enjoyed the company of beautiful, scantily clad women—he decided he wanted to get in on the business himself, meeting with George Houraney and Jill Harth, a couple that ran the American Dream pageant. It was an ill-fated effort. Harth and Houraney alleged that Trump started making passes at her almost immediately.

Racial Housing Discrimination
Where and when: New York City, 1973-1975
The dirt: The Department of Justice sued Trump and his father Fred in 1973 for housing discrimination at 39 sites around New York. “The government contended that Trump Management had refused to rent or negotiate rentals ‘because of race and color,’” The New York Times reported. “It also charged that the company had required different rental terms and conditions because of race and that it had misrepresented to blacks that apartments were not available.” Trump called the accusations “absolutely ridiculous.”

Mafia Ties
Where and when: New York and Atlantic City, 1970s- ?
The dirt: Trump has been linked to the mafia many times over the years, with varying degrees of closeness. Many of the connections seem to be the sorts of interactions with mobsters that were inevitable for a guy in the construction and casino businesses at the time. For example, organized crime controlled the 1980s New York City concrete business, so that anyone building in the city likely brushed up against it. While Trump has portrayed himself as an unwitting participant, not everyone agrees.

Trump University
Where and when: 2005-2010, online
The dirt: In 2005, the Trump announced an eponymous “university” to teach his real-estate development secrets. Students ponied up as much as $35,000—some after being suckered in by slick free “seminars”—to learn how to get rich. One ad promised they would “learn from Donald Trump’s handpicked instructors, and that participants would have access to Trump’s real estate ‘secrets.’” In fact, Trump had little to do with the curriculum or the instructors.

Tenant Intimidation
Where and when: New York City, 1982-1986
The scoop: In 1981, Trump scooped up a building on Central Park South, reasoning that the existing structure was a dump, but the land it was on would be a great place for luxury condos.

The Four Bankruptcies
Where and when: 1991, 1992, 2004, 2009
The dirt: Four times in his career, Trump’s companies have entered bankruptcy.

The Undocumented Polish Workers
Where and when: New York City, 1980
The dirt: In order to construct his signature Trump Tower, the builder first had to demolish the Bonwit Teller store, an architecturally beloved Art Deco edifice. The work had to be done fast, and so managers hired 200 undocumented Polish workers to tear it down, paying them substandard wages for backbreaking work—$5 per hour, when they were paid at all.

Alleged Marital Rape
Where and when: New York City, 1989
The dirt: While married to Ivana Trump, Donald Trump became angry at her—according to a book by Harry Hurt, over a painful scalp-reduction surgery—and allegedly forcibly had sex with her.

Breaking Casino Rules
Where and when: New York and New Jersey, various
The dirt: Trump has been repeatedly fined for breaking rules related to his operation of casinos. In 1990, with Trump Taj Mahal in trouble, Trump’s father Fred strolled in and bought 700 chips worth a total of $3.5 million. The purchase helped the casino pay debt that was due, but because Fred Trump had no plans to gamble, the New Jersey gaming commission ruled that it was a loan that violated operating rules.

And Six more at

That's right, you have no business being a USA citizen if you vote for someone like this.

That's not to say I'm voting Corrupt Hillary. Just, absolutely confused why anyone thinks Trump is the one....

Between the Hotel Shenanigans and The Undocumented Polish Workers, the level of his ego and narcissism is shocking. The fact that his lifetime corruption is well documented is astounding that he is the primary Republican contender.

The Trumpster voters are clearly ignorant an severely ill-informed on the matter and have no business being US citizens.

These are the candidates America deserves.
Two of the dirtiest scumbags for the most apathetic, ignorant and gullible people.

It's a better match than peanut-butter and jelly.

Well I guess it's a tit for tat thing today.

Clinton skating is ALL the more reason to vote for Trump.

That smoke people saw wasn't the Clinton fire that was put out.

But gasoline poured on the RIGHTS base.

It seems your a bit of a masochist either way you vote.

Ghandi had a good idea when he asked India to simply not comply... Just saying.

Well, since I'm not voting for Hillary, and now I'm getting kicked out of my country ...

I'm gonna find out how all those Dem voters cast ballots for dead people ... and I'm voting as many damn times as I can. I'll be just like Hillary. "Screw those laws because I don't like 'em and they don't suit my agenda."

Anybody but Hillary 2016!!

The Voters will make her pay.

Not a word about the Clinton Foundation.

The Foudation has been openly corrupt for years.

The Clinton's are Arkansas trailer trash.

We have hit a new low.

Excellent post.

People are forgetting who the REAL enemy is..

The real enemy is billionaire republicans like Trump who keep the lower and middle class down.

Greed is the enemy. Trumps goals have always been monetary, not political.

Hillary has at least had passion for people throughout her life. She was a defense attorney, she fought for womens and childrens rights, and fresh out of college she sought to have a stronger government that could make this country a better place for those who have it hard.

Trump is and always has been about numero uno

I expected worse ..

.. If you claim that voters ought to lose their citizenship for voting for Trump, you have to do better than a list of offenses that includes "making a pass" on someone. Or that some of his companies has filed for bankruptcy. Or that his company was accused of racial bias (and forgetting that it was never convicted).

Also, you most certainly have to drop the "alleged" and "according to" stuff, if you want to cite your list as reason to take away citizenship from voters.

I am not saying that there are no compelling reasons to dislike Trump - there are - but that list is really petty.

If you attempt to justify a vote for Hillary or Trump you are the problem with this country.

Having said that , Trump is .01 % percent better than Hillary.

He hasn't proven already that he is a corporate whore while serving as a govt official. Nor would a vote for him create political corrupted dynasty with this election.

Voting is secret. How would you ever know how I voted and kick me out of the country?

On the other hand, if I could get deported to St. Barts, then I'll vote for an Ann Coulter/Sarah Palin ticket.

Something in first class, please. I need the leg room.

Gag me with a spoon. We don't need a stronger government, we need one that knows their proper role is to be just under the boot of the American people, recognizing one false move and their little more than a stain on the sidewalk.

Trump 2016 (and no, that list doesn't phase me in the least. If anything, it shows that Trump is real... which is a good thing.)

Lose one's citizenship? That sounds like something Donald Trump would say. In fact, he does want to end "birthright citizenship". And, besides, how do you deport someone who is a Trump supporter and who was born in the USA? To where do you deport them?
