Hey how is this for a strange occurance of events?

I read somewhere that W's web hoster was called Illuminati Online, so sure enough I did an internet search and came up with this:

www.io.com

Obviously no Bush reference, and it appears they changed their name to PrismNet, but still have that wonderful pyramid there.

So I dig a bit further and look what I found:

1) See the little faded dot at the bottom left of the PrismNet page. Click on it.
2) Brings you to a webpage called www.sinkingquagmire.com (Iraq reference?)
3) Highlight the whole page with your mouse, all the way to the bottom. It will make a second invisible "dot" appear in the middle of the page. Click on it.

A very massive e-mail list of who!?

Very bizarre.

I have no idea, just pure chance. Once I saw I could click on that tiny dot on the main page, I knew something was fishy there.

Talk about weird.

Actually Illuminati Online was a ISP based in Texas owned or at least partnered with Steve Jackson of Steve Jackson Games maker of the Illuminati and New World Order, and GURPS Role Playing Games. I used to live in Texas and had an account through them. They were bought by a company and call it PrismNet. the
www.io.com... is for prior Illuminati Online customers.

Really cool service actually.

Correction. SJ Games was only doing business through them. Sorry.
Also they were Illuminati Online only until 02/24/01 when they became IOCOM
web.archive.org...://www.io.com/
between 02/23/02 and 06/04/02 they became IOCOM Corporation
web.archive.org...://www.io.com/index.html
web.archive.org...://www.io.com/
and www2.prismnet.com... is the new site.

Enjoy.

Interesting. Have you tried e-mailing anyone. Not to assume that you'll find anything remotely called a source, but the response might be worth the effort.
