They don't care if she committed crimes.

They only care if she gets caught.

She didn't get caught. Therefore, she's innocent, in their minds.

... and yet, despite the wailing and gnashing of teeth, the torn garments ...

If he had said "we recommend indictment" everyone would have been cheering.

What's it like to live with that kind of cognitive dissonance?

Damn skippy. Everyone knew Dumba** is guilty.

Honesty, am I the only one who's getting sick by reading the posts of hillary supporters? You guys are starting to sound like her, making people ill in their stomach...

A part of me actually think you deserve to have that criminal as your president, just so I get to hear you cry about how awful things are, because of that lying, bloodsucking, above law bitch

Best to ignore them. IMO, anybody that would support Hillary must have the same mentality as she does. Not worth listening to their bull...or reading it.

Looks like he basically outlined 'Gross Negligence'.
What about Title 18 U.S.C.--793?

How is 'Gross Negligence' NOT "Extreme Recklessness"?

No it won't. It clears the way for her landslide election to the presidency.

Umm... you must highly delusional.

Should I bet you $100 as well?

Unreal, buddy. Our justice may be blind, but the American public is about to get one hell of a wake up call.

BTW, I hate Trump, but this makes it clear to me. He was just given an ace of a winning card.

At least he came down hard on her. Maybe that is the part that he meant when he said no on in government knew what he was about to say.

He may have been forced to not charge, but he tried to make sure that people had the rest of the information, including that she broke the law. How are we supposed to reconcile that? She did things that would warrant federal charges, but there will not be any.

He's saying that there is no evidence of malicious intent. No evidence that she did this purposefully to release top secret info to enemy groups. So, no criminal charges. That doesn't mean there won't be some kind of other sanctions against her - I believe he said this press conference wasn't to address that.

So the only thing proven is that Hillary Clinton is inept.

Not true, A liar as well and possibly still guilty.

Comey even said that negligence is enough, intention is not needed for charges.
Then he does not bring charges, after detailing her extreme negligence.

Did anyone notice that Comey looked really angry as he walked out?
I wonder if he will be resigning.
I wonder who put the pressure on him.

Does anyone still doubt the subject of the conversation between Bill and Lynch this week?

I wonder what ultimatum was thrown at him?!?! Don't refer and live maybe!

His briefing sounded goofy to me. Like the decision to not seek indictment was reached sometime back. Why brief in detail saying she violated the law only to say we wont recommend charges?

I agree, it seemed like he wanted Americans to understand his recommendation may be forced to say no indictment, but please God, don't allow this woman to be our leader in chief! Lol.

This investigation was done honestly, competently and independently, no outside influence of any kind was brought to bear.'

FBI recommends no charges against Clinton in email probe

When the FBI comes right out, and says this.

We know it's a LIE.

That is what they call 'positive reinforcement'.

Criminally inept...it's called gross negligence - and involving matters related to National Security.

Comey's "decision" (as if he is the one who made it...ha ha) means that anybody can handle classified material any way they want to now - outside of the published guidelines, and in contravention of the NDA they signed - and nothing will done about it (because he just set another precedent!).

I'm drinking some Russian vodka, in order to get Mr Vlad to do the right thing, and to release the emails...even though that's not going to happen, unfortunately...

Your wet dream "Mr. Vlad the midget" has more skeletones in the closet than both Shillary and Trumpet altogether. Let's stay on topic and not get too carried away with russian fairytales and whatnot.
