I wonder why the director didn't say anything about WHICH SAP'S were leaked? I want to know exactly which SAP'S were leaked. If they never reveal it for "National Security", then you can be sure that it will be a cover-up, and let's hope the Chinese or the Russians never hit our missile silos with those supersonic nukes.....

I'm drinking some Russian vodka, in order to get Mr Vlad to do the right thing, and to release the emails...even though that's not going to happen, unfortunately...

He's saying that there is no evidence of malicious intent. No evidence that she did this purposefully to release top secret info to enemy groups. So, no criminal charges. That doesn't mean there won't be some kind of other sanctions against her - I believe he said this press conference wasn't to address that.

No criminal intent

Will she get your vote?
A proven liar that should not have a security clearance?

... and yet, despite the wailing and gnashing of teeth, the torn garments ...

If he had said "we recommend indictment" everyone would have been cheering.

What's it like to live with that kind of cognitive dissonance?

Intent to break the law does. Obviously.

So the only thing proven is that Hillary Clinton is inept.

Comey even said that negligence is enough, intention is not needed for charges.
Then he does not bring charges, after detailing her extreme negligence.

Did anyone notice that Comey looked really angry as he walked out?
I wonder if he will be resigning.
I wonder who put the pressure on him.

Does anyone still doubt the subject of the conversation between Bill and Lynch this week?

I wonder why this is any kind of surprise.

so, does this set a precedence that if the state can`t prove intent then they can`t prosecute?

so, if they can`t prove that someone intended to get drunk, drive a car and kill someone in an accident, then they can`t prosecute them for those crimes?

or

maybe this just reinforces the precedence that there is one set of rules for the rich and a different set of rules for the commoners.

As a Canadian, I am deeply sorry for my brothers to the south. Your once shining light of a country is broken.

You can go to jail for just about anything except massive treason.

What a sad day.

Honesty, am I the only one who's getting sick by reading the posts of hillary supporters? You guys are starting to sound like her, making people ill in their stomach...

A part of me actually think you deserve to have that criminal as your president, just so I get to hear you cry about how awful things are, because of that lying, bloodsucking, above law bitch

He's right when he said prosecutors will look at willful intent, and precedent. If similar situations didn't involve prosecution, why should they now?

Yes, but he also said that even if not prosecuted those people have been sanctioned and lost security privileges. The POTUS holds the ultimate security clearance, how could any reasonable person trust her with such Power.

Look at the bright side...

We get to see Donald Trump debate Hillary Clinton.... Trump will have a copy of the FBI report in his hand...

I can wait to see this crap...

As an outsider looking in, it's a surprise because she clearly broke the law that others have gone to jail for.

I thought justice would prevail. I was wrong.
