Obviously this should be properly investigated, but the timing is quite outrageous.

I think you're right. The DNC's own attack file on Trump didn't have this scandal in it. When the files about what the DNC/Hillary had on Trump were leaked, this wasn't in it.

It's not a hard prediction to make.

At this point they'll start throwing mud against him to see if anything sticks. It won't matter if it's real or not. And Trump has twice as much to slog through because neither party establishment like him at all. The GOP would be happy to simply coronate some loser at their convention and put Hillary in the White House. I suspect they are perfectly happy to continue letting the Washington gravy train roll while they pretend to play "opposition" to it all.

I'd be more inclined to believe this may be someone looking for a payday, rather than mud-flinging by the parties.

I have been digging in to this a bit and decided to actually call the number given for the lawyer at the bottom of the court document.

The man answered, identified himself as Thomas Francis Meagher and when asked if the lawsuit was real, he said yes. He also said that he is willing to answer any questions he could, but I did not press him much further.

The address given appears to be a J-Crew store and I'm trying to find out if there are offices above the store, etc.

Gonna dig a bit more, but I thought I would share what I had.

A basic google search shows that Trump is always either suing people or being sued in turn. He's been named in at least 169 Federal law suits for a start, dating back to 1983. The chances are that he's always going to have something legal thrown at him.

There have been a couple of new articles relating to this, and to me it would seem the claims are true.. The huffington post did a decent one, but you can clearly see which side they are on, so bias could be involved.

So give it a read.

And as to timing, well perhaps the victim has truly been scared off by Trumps alleged threats up until now, when she realised he might become the next president, she felt it was her duty to speak up. She also has a witness corroborating her claim, as well as the claims lining up nicely with Epsteins history and Trumps own words...

Child rape is not the same as if it we're an adult, Molesting a child is even more sick than some rape cases. That being said, rape is horrible as well, but a 12 year old, sick!!!!

If a priest can rape a child, Trump can definitely rape a child. You're forgetting how well average people hide their secrets, Trump must be a master.

The only reason that this is coming out is so that people can associate Trump with rape and even if it is not true it is already in the subconscious.

This man does not need to rape anyone. He has been in the public eye for 40 years almost. You cannot hide a secret like that no matter how much money you have.
