thats so mild that I have to scoff at the request. That would barely get you a stern look, let alone a hilariously intense restaurant brawl. It is very tasty though.

Well at least no tax payers were hurt in this brawl.

Thank god I can eat real mexican food in the form of Oaxacan food in los angeles. Just recently passed through a bunch of southwestern states last week and sampled their "Mexican" food. All of them were pretty damned unauthentic, so I dont know what these clowns were so upset over. Whats funny is going into a "authentic mexican" restaurant in new mexico and ordering in spanish only to find out the "mexicans" working there dont even speak spanish.

Life is risky! Life even ends with death...

So, what do you want, police everywhere, because something might happen somewhere, sometimes?
Three militarized, armed to the teeth cops besides every citizen?
Believe me, that is what "they" want too! But not to secure you...

And if the cops arrive, is it said that they do something?
Orlando, 3 hrs! Orders to pull back instead of intervening!

We'd have arguments over those two colors. Once there were kids playing soccer in the park. Luckily for us one team was wearing Green and the other Red. Probably 5-8 per team. Green won by one goal!!!! Lol

ahh smoke-dried jalapenos eh? I like mine fresh personally. And when it comes to chili salsa on my cuisine, I agree with olaru, Christmas tree me!

Yeah, guilty as charged. Maybe it comes from being a KC resident and living in BBQ land where just about everything has been smoked?

It's not that I dislike fresh green chilis, but even when I pick up some green peppers for a salsa, I tend to throw them under the broiler for a quick roast alongside the tomatoes and garlic.

I'm just a sucker for the roasted or smoked mellowness.

Don't sweat the small stuff.

The vast majority of daily life is small stuff.

Love and connectedness are too priceless to waste in petty arguments, imho.

Oh no these were playful arguments. You know, the sort couples have.

Good.

Glad you clarified that.

It's a hyper sensitive issue--somewhat.

. . . having spent thousands of hours over 35+ years trying to neutralize, soften, remove needless arguments from relationships.

I understand, but it should be understood that all healthy relationships argue. Of course there is a point, a line to not go past.

Oh, it isn't just Texas. This kind of stupidity takes place all over the US. People have no sense of perspective

Anyone see my recent thread?

I got punched up over a game of pool before it even started.

I think younger people today only know how to handle things like they do in video games.

I don't think that's necessarily true. There are many calm young folk, but then there are those who try to intimidate or get into physical altercation.

I wasn't trying to blame video games per se. I meant that words just fail many people at times. I see younger people struggle to use their voice instead of their fists.

I know what you mean, but I don't think this is very true of that large a portion of the young people.

Certainly all relationships fight in some sense.

I think learning to 'fight' with mutual respect and compassion is crucial.

And, I have known some rare couples who just had no occasion to fight or argue. They were two peas in a pod and soooo greatly respected one another and had a very functional candid communication pattern so they just never argued or fought.

Those are very rare couples, indeed.

The dirty fighting with the

"You never . . . "
"You always . . . " crap is the destructive sort of fighting.
