No. If you commit fraud you will be prosecuted. Science denial is act of willful stupidity but it's not illegal.

But the blind acceptance of science is total ignorance. Some folks would have made great leaders in the church during the Inquisition and "flat earth" beliefs . You can usually tell those types by their use of derogatory terms used to describe their opponents .
