Can you perhaps elaborate on parts of the speeches you disliked, or is today's exercise staying in the shallow end of the pool?

Its Hillary, and then Warren, enough said.

This election the shallow end is all that there is.

And so you limit critical thought and intelligence to the same level of depth?

In that case, don't forget your floaties.

I never leave without them, if you are going to get too serious please take it to a thread that cares.

I think the time to take this election seriously was lost when the choice came down to Hillary on the dem side.

As for Trump? I like the fact he isn't a politician.

Still voting for Gary, but I can still laugh at the spectacle.

Darn.

I was hoping that she would use her "old black lady from the slavery days" voice-but then realized that she was pandering/lying to a different group.

Wow, it seems like you are being critical of what someone is capable of thinking.
Do you make fun of people with Down's Syndrome?
Is this what it is like to be progressive, belittling people because they are not up to your standard of intelligence?

I'm not a progressive and while I don't normally like to make fun of people for their obvious issues, that appears to be the basis of this thread. So why not roll in the mud with the pigs once in a while?

Cares about what? Seriousness, or intelligence?

Either way, we're screwed.

Once in a while?
Actually, you seem to be like that all the time.
I pointed it out yesterday too.
Always trying to make people feel bad about themselves, not sure why you do that, maybe to make you feel good about yourself in some weird way.

I like to point out facts and truths. I cannot help it that makes people feel bad about themselves.

The problem is, that if this thread is supposed to be an exercise in humor, why does it resemble every other right-wing thread?

Is this an admission that the Right Wingers are a joke?

Perhaps that is something we should ponder...

Maybe if Hillary hadn't been relentlessly attacked when First Lady about her legs and cankles, she wouldn't be wearing pantsuits.

They did the trick. They successfully stopped the brutal derogatory assaults.

Go pantsuits!

Good point, I should be grateful I guess.

Yes, and its absolutely true. Hillary didn't wear pantsuits when she first came to DC with Bill.

Women get torn to shreds on how they look.

Have you noticed this kind of thing
You said in regards the shallowness of the topic.

Can you perhaps elaborate on parts of the speeches you disliked, or is today's exercise staying in the shallow end of the pool?

To which a responder replied(with a cute twist I might add)

Its Hillary, and then Warren, enough said.

This election the shallow end is all that there is.

To which you replied

And so you limit critical thought and intelligence to the same level of depth?

In that case, don't forget your floaties.

Which then garnered you this reply from another

Wow, it seems like you are being critical of what someone is capable of thinking.
Do you make fun of people with Down's Syndrome?
Is this what it is like to be progressive, belittling people because they are not up to your standard of intelligence?

I have seen this kind of reply here numerous times. Taking the position that this whole thread is of a very shallow and I might add tawdry nature, and then taking your observation and extrapolating it with making jest at people with DS and then conflating the whole thing to suggest that this is the nature of progressiveness. Boy, can't beat logic like that.

I am truly scarred.

Hillary was even using her southern Minister voice during the speech.

I feel your pain.

Hillary targets her voice to her target audience at the time. Her black dialect is the best.

Right-wingers, left-wingers, self-admitted socialists.

Yes, all jokes.

Life is a struggle. Always has been, always will be.

Laughter is the best medicine. Unless you have a cold. then Niquil is the best medicine.

But back on topic, Hillary and Warren are both hypocritical, pants-suited abusers of power. If they get elected, maybe we can put a kitchen in the Oval office so they could actually be useful.

I think I may have found my Warren meme. It is less cumbersome than linking the Tomahawk chop every time Warren goes on the war path although if I can find just an audio file of it, I may continue using that too.

How they can trot her out to call Trump a liar and think they maintain any credibility has to be one of the biggest jokes of the whole cycle, even bigger than Hillary and that's a big one.

Some would suggest that this thread really belongs in the joke forum if that is the way that many here are taking it. Some thought this was a serious thread. But wait,, this is the political mud-pit, so I guess it's ok to go ahead and wallow.

I'm not sure how you can take it seriously. You have a woman whose whole career is built on a fake heritage and profiting off of house flipping which then promptly became the worst thing EVAR when the housing market crashed ... telling us how awful and immoral and fake Donald Trump is.

Now, he may be all those things, but look at the source.

But I guess that would mean they would have to find a Democrat with impeccable character and I'm not sure those even exist.
