Strictly speaking, it's only a small facet of Nazism too, but since racism is so abhorrent, it's the one we are all trained to associate with Nazism instead of its nationalistic, socialistic, totalitarian/authoritarian aspects which are what we see spreading rapidly across the face of both the US and Europe at the moment. It is fascism; just do your research.

Oh that's too easy. Anytime a Republican gets elected anywhere at any level, they'll tell you all about it whether or not there actually is any facet of "Nazism" to be found.

They sure are convinced of what Nazism isn't, but they do know what it has to be.

Wow. Why dont we just call it by the name. It is no longer about a political group . It is one word -extremists. And I seem to see a lot of white supremacy talk here. What era and country are you living in ? Not the 21st century , nor the US as logic would dictate. Yes , I am sure that still exists , but no longer as relevant as it once was. Still just a minority extremist group as with all the rest

Some folks just try to "stir the sh**" without logic or information to back it up . Reminds me of a certain current Administration

Well, it does though.

People tend to say "nazism" when they really think of "german racism" or "german anti-semitism" or "german fascism", but really those are just aspects of nazism.

And so is socialism.

It "continues to exist" because people are using the word "Nazi" to describe anyone they don't like. In the process, they have taken most of the content out of the word.
There will always be people being called "Nazis" as long as that practice continues.

That is stupid. Christians are not that evil back than. They fight their own wars. Except the part where white empires had allowed them to expand to Asia. Say Spanish and British.

Christianity is just a tool that evil people use to do evil in disguise.

The synapse-challenged who make a hobby of hating still exist. They will probably always exist. They tend to migrate together for safety and recreate slogans, symbols and identify the source of their hatred. They seem to also identify strongly with hate groups of the past, because history resonates as a melancholy thing for them, and the past is rife with symbolism. Many of them are likely collectors of artifacts of a bygone (we hope) hate group. It's every so much easier to mimic the symbols of the past that sacrifice necessary glia toward new symbology.

That is my view of why Nazi groups still exist.
